Alfama 5は100階建ての建物の1階（エレベーターなし）で、完全に改装されています。
改装工事では、伝統的な天井と木製の床が維持されましたが、モダンなキッチンとバスルーム、十分なクローゼットが備わる機能的なベッドルーム、リビングルームの空調（暑いと寒い）が追加されました。
装飾は親しみやすく明るく、居心地の良い雰囲気を作り出しています。
アルファマ5は4名様までご宿泊いただけます。 アパートメントには、ダイニングエリア付きのリビングルーム、モダンで設備の整ったキッチン、ダブルベッド2台が備わります。 床にはバスルームと小さな収納室を完成させる。

Great location and quiet at night. Lots of dining options near by. Checking in was very easy and hosts were very communicative upon arriving at the airport.

Location was good but be aware it is near the top of the area ( have to go back uphill at the end of a day) and that you are right outside the castle which means noisy line ups all day and stores below open until 11:00pm

Beautiful spot with great amenities right in the heart of all the action. Busy during th day but very quiet at night. Steep steps to get in. Check in very easy. Everything you need within easy walking distance. Castle right beside you! Beautiful views. Bit of a walk after taxi/uber drop off but not very hard. Hosts very responsive and accommodating!

Great place, convenient, quiet location

The location is close to everything, but wonderfully quiet at night. The apartment is bright and has everything needed. The host is very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

I loved the location of the accommodation, and we were happy to walk everywhere - but I had no idea how steep the streets would be and how slippery the cobbles were in the torrential rain we encountered. The apartment was not updated in the way I have come to expect and not having a way of drying our wet clothing except for the line hanging over the street made life a little difficult. There was also a noise problem from the apartments above and below. But having said all of that I loved being there - it is so old and so Portuguese - narrow streets, cobblestones, tiny shops, narrow staircase and all! I would not have changed any of it.

The location was great, the apartment was clean and the host was amazing. The only issue was that we could hear everything that was going on in the apartment upstairs, as if there was no sound proofing. There was a lot of noises during the night or early in the morning, so we did not sleep well at all during our stay.

Enjoyable stay

Beautiful area, well supplied and clean. Furnishings need updating: beds were not the most comfortable, but were sleepable; shower fixture was a little low and mount was broken.

Great location - clean and spacious

Four of us stayed for 4 nights. Plenty of space and privacy, excellent facilities, including toiletries and laundry tablets. We loved the location of the property, opposite St George Castle entrance. Great to people-watch from the two large balcony windows. Easy communication with host who organised transfers for us to/from airport.

Nice Place in a Good Location

We enjoyed our stay in this very livable space - kitchen, laundry, multiple spaces for spreading out and relaxing. The location is good for exploring. It's bit noisy at night with local peacocks (who live at the castle next door) and humans - making bird sounds and rolling out recycling. Overall happy with the stay!

Great location!

Situated right beside Castle St. Jorge is perfect location in the Alfama district. Clean, bright and spacious enough for 4 people. Great communication with our host, Mario. Surprisingly quiet given the foot traffic through the streets. Very comfortable stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay in this lovely property. The hills can work your calves (!) but it’s worth it. Check in was smooth, contact with Mario beforehand very easy and Rui who we met on arrival was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and being right next to the castle was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was more than a short walk away - I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The only niggles I would mention would be there is air con only in the main living area - not a problem for us at this time of year as windows open in the bedroom allowed a nice breeze before closing them before bed. There were also fans in the bedrooms which helped. The only other thing was that upstairs were fairly noisy - unsure if they’re locals or were just visiting but this didn’t impact on our enjoyment/ stay. My only recommendation would be a lamp in the living area (because I like dim lighting in the evening; very aware that’s personal preference). Everything was very clean and tidy, and there were thoughtful touches throughout. Lots of space to pop things and like I said, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Locals were friendly and lots of choice for food nearby which was all delicious. Thanks again Mario for a wicked stay.

Historical atmosphere, nice and clean place

Nice and bright apartment in old house and on historical place (in front of a castle). Attracting old town area in Alfama. Many things to do and see on walk distance. Place is also good for walking in hilly and stony streets.

The location was great, and we were greeted at the door when we arrived (later than planned due to plane delays). The apartment was perfect for my family (myself,husband, 15 month old and my mom). Highly recommend!

Perfect base for exploring Lisbon

Great location right next to the castle makes a very enjoyable and atmospheric stay. Very near bus stop and tram 28 and easy to walk to centre of town. Good communication with Mario before stay and someone to meet us there on arrival. The coffee machine was much appreciated. Also good to have a bath. The only negative for me was that the beds are very hard so I found it difficult to sleep but that may suit people who like hard beds. Thank you Mario for a great stay

Lisboa Castelo

The flat is perfect! Completely silent at night, sleeping with all the windows open, it was amazing. In the day simply close the windows and shutters for complete peace and seclusion. Being able to do our laundry was a plus. Good restaurants are nearby, and street music competes the charm of Alfama Lisboa. I'll be back again for sure thank you Mario!
