Wonderful stay and beautiful property

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience. Great location and beautiful condo. We loved the pool and Tiki bar and definitely would recommend it.

Fantastic Disney Vacation Condo

The condo had everything we needed and it was close to the parks. We had a blast.

Mgmt must irradicate presence of raccoons around pool area. After grass is cut, landscape company should blow the tennis carts afterwards. It would be beneficial if there were more umbrellas available. Front store attendant was rude and extremely slow in serving customers. Pool should be cleaned once a day especially after a storm. Garbage removal was exceptional. Carlos, a maintenance attendant was excellent.

Excellent place, close to everything

Great place, spacious, clean, and close to everything. The beds were comfortable and came with plenty of towels. It is mere steps from the pool and playground, which my kids loved. We would stay again.

Happy staying here and everything in order as per the listing. One improvement I can think of/suggest is the water pressure from showers(especially master room)

Perfect Space

Great amount of space for a family! We loved the clubhouse and the ability to order some snacks while swimming. Please be sure to have your kids wear goggles in the saltwater pool! We had a few eye issues. The Condo itself was nice. No real extras here though so be sure to provide your own showering items/laundry soap types of things. My only real complaint is the showers being very weak and the kids shower “screeched” but there’s nothing that can be done about that. Overall would recommend staying at Frank’s! Frank was very responsive and kept in good communication with me the whole week!

Spacious and very nice

Frank has a fantastic place. I stayed with my two adult sons and we each had a room. They stayed up late playing games while I went to sleep on the other side of the condo. It was a short 1 hour drive to KSC where we spent a couple days.

The bed broke down and had to completely put it back together. Took me two hours to get into my unit

I wasn’t sent the right paper work until after I was stuck two hours tryna to receive the code to the unit. Also the bed broke down the first night I was there and me and my man had to put it completely back together also property owner changed me 98$ For damaged towels when the towels was dingy to being with and only because I put them on the floor to protect the bed from getting dirty while fixing bed.

This was the worst guest we ever had. She was sent check in instructions three weeks prior to arrival in the form of two attachments but never opened it and then claimed she did not received it. I resend her the same email with the two attachments to gain access to the unit. She broke the Frame of our kingside bed and I truly do not know how they could had done that. She refused entry to my property manager to fix the frame. She then ruined 7 bath towels with grease and stains and that’s why we charged her a replacement fee. Every day she would call to have people added to DwellingLive for entry to the resort always telling us they were on the way to the gate. I know she had more people stay at the condo then she had listed on her request. Worst guest ever. I told her that I will never ever rent to her again. Stay away from this guest. I wish I could post pictures of all the damage she caused.

Great getaway

We stayed here for a week, perfect location. Close to all Orlando theme parks , easy access to highways. Very clean and spacious condo, definitely will stay here again.

March trip

We rented for a last minute adventure to the parks and to escape to some warmer weather. We were very pleased with our stay and accommodations and communication with the owner who was very responsive! There was plenty of room to relax and spread out after a long day outside. Plenty of linens and pillows. Loved that we didn’t have to think about little things like dishwasher pods, laundry pods or coffee filters. PROs: super close to parks, restaurants, interstate access, etc., very clean and welcoming inside and out, great parking, lots of fun for kiddos - our little guy loved the huge pool and splash pad (bring pool toys!), crew was always working to make sure grounds were clean, nice screened in balcony where we drank coffee in the morning and mixed drinks (with the provided blender) at night, safe gated community, nice pool amenities/tiki bar public area CONs: towels can’t be brought to pool (we brought our own which was fine because we knew in advance, just one more thing to pack), pool was closed one day due to a raccoon problem - they were cute and harmless but seemed to be more than the grounds management crew could handle, we found a few of the nights to be a little noisy from the streets. Most of the noise couldn’t be heard from inside but made balcony sitting a little uncomfortable on a few occasions. NONE of these things will impact how we look back on our vacation or memories! Overall we were incredibly happy with our stay.

Wonderful

We vacationed for our grandbabies birthday and it was so much more than listed. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. We will definitely be reserving again.
