Great property very clean

The property is really clean. It is about 30 minutes away from the parks during the holidays but that ia to be expected. My only issue is that the neighbors upstairs were very loud.

Finesse Needed

The property was decent. However, when we opened the pull out couch there were crumbs and a marshllow popped out. I brought my own supply of sanitary items so I cleaned it. And moved on. But I just suggest that the cleaners be sure to throughly check all beds. Otherwise, it was ok. We enjoyed our weekend stay.

The property was great but the last two days the air conditioning was not working. Temperature in the room was 82 degrees. We did not informed because we got too late to call maintenance.

Perfect Oasis

This property was exactly as described, maybe even a little better. It was clean, spacious and the amenities are excellent. The pools were plentiful and not overcrowded and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. The property is far enough away from the Disney crowds, yet close enough to get to the park. Great experience!

Disney family trip

Property was amazing, one and only complaint was hearing everything above us and having the family below here us… walking, opening doors, etc. Would stay again and would recommend. Pool was great and distance to Disney was an easy drive.

close to Disney without the high pricetag

We had all we needed including washing clothes before leaving so we were fresh when we got home. Everyone was polite, easy access to Disney and Legoland, and space to relax.

A good holiday let.

Firstly, Tracy allowed us to book the 2 days befor our original booking. There was a hurricane threat and we had to cut our coastal week short. Tracy was happy to accommodate this booking on the same day, we were grateful for this. The pros of this property are: The complex is lovely, very clean and well maintained, it also felt very safe. The apartment is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is good for trips to disney. The apartment had everything we needed. I.e washer/dryer, lots of towels, dishwasher. A few areas which I feel would prevent us from returning: There is alot of noise coming from the floor above. Every step, the TV, even light switches - we could hear. It sounded like constant stomping although in reality, the apartments are just very hollow. We noticed when we arrived that the floor felt a bit dirty, the soles of our feet confirmed this. Tracy had said that guests were checking out that morning and i feel that as we were so last minute, the cleaning time may have not cleaned the floor. I found a mop in the cupboard and gave the floors a clean - no big deal. I believe this property uses the cleaners associated with the bahama bay resort so not a reflection on the host. With regards to cleanliness, there a few areas that are in need of a bit of tlc. The sofa could do with a clean, stains from spillages, suncream etc are clearly visable and if you're a clean freak - this could be off putting. Other than that, a great 9 days!

Awesome place

Very nice place to stay. It had everything we need and was very comfortable. There are two pools and hot tubs a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

My sisters and I were born in Scotland, moved to Canada (Southern Ontario) for our dad's football career, and settled in Winnipeg. We have fond memories, as children, visiting the Orlando area, and wanted to share the same experiences with our children.

With young families, we wanted to find a location that felt like a resort, offered all the comforts of home, and catered to families. We sure found it! Bahama Bay is a gated and guarded community. It feels like a Caribbean getaway, with great kids areas and activities, and lots of fun for mom and dad, too. It is minutes away from all of Central Florida's attractions, and only 1 hour to the ocean. Once we entered, we knew this was the place for us. We didn't want to leave.

Our condo is a 1232 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The two balconies are off the living room and master bedroom. It's great to sit outside, overlook the courtyard, and enjoy your coffee, lunch, or whatever else. If you don't feel like cooking, restaurants are right on-site, or if you need a break, head to the on-site spa, and enjoy some pampering! Feel like you need a work out? There's a gym on-site as well.
