Easter in Knoxville

Our family came and enjoyed our daughters last Easter at UT. House was perfect for our stay and the extra snacks made it perfect. Enjoyed a couple walks in the cute neighborhood where everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful Stay at Thanksgiving!

We had a great stay with our adult children and significant others. The home is decorated beautifully with mid-century modern furnishings and recently remodeled kitchen and baths. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and near a great running/walking park. Very thoughtful and communicative host. Highly recommend.

Game day weekend

Great house in a great location. Nice neighborhood right off Kingston Pike. Really cool mid century modern interior. No issues with the booking or the condition of the home.

Gorgeous house in great location!

We loved staying at your house! It is so cute and the plants are amazing! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything, including the snacks and drinks. Being able to have everyday items at our disposal was great as well. It was much appreciated. The neighborhood was so pretty! The location was close to downtown and many shops & restaurants. Family Reunion

Hemlock House is an absolute GEM!! From location, decor, cleanliness and coziness it was perfect for our needs. The host thought of everything… fresh flowers, drinks and snacks were a refreshing surprise! Great communication and everything exceeded our expectations!! Beautiful house

This property was great! The house is beautiful and was very clean. The hosts really thought of everything you could need. We arrived late and it was nice to come to a well lit place so we could see coming in. Would definitely recommend and would stay in the future! Thanks again! Also, the neighborhood is beautiful and the house is close to a lot of things.

UTK Graduation weekend

Great host! The house and neighborhood was beautiful and very comfortable. The host welcomed us with a sweet graduation sign on the fridge and goodies inside the fridge. We will definitely be back!

Most adorable home on a gorgeous property

Stunning home. Spacious, yet warm and inviting. Well equipped kitchen and marvelous bathrooms. Morning coffee on the back porch is a treat. Thank you again for allowing us to stay. It was a great weekend for a regatta!

Eagles concert trip

My stay there was amazing. Super clean and the host was more than we could ask for. We were blown away by his thoughtfulness and his communications. The house was close to everything including the arena, cozy, had everything you would ever need, and just felt like a home away from home. The best ever

What a beautiful, well stocked, peaceful spot. If you are looking for a frustration free stay, this is the place. The host has really put thought into their guests comfort. They are also very responsive to inquiries. Like when I couldn't find a cutting board that was literally right beside the knife block (don't judge it blended in lol). If you are looking to get away from the rat race for a bit and just relax, this is the spot. Thanks again Jackson!

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful weekend and the house was perfect for our needs. The owner was very informative and the treats we found at check-in were an added bonus. The house is in a quiet area yet close to everything. It was a great trip.

Great stay

Nice, clean home in a quiet neighborhood; near shopping and restaurants. We have vacationed and stayed in four different VRBO properties over the summer and this one was our family favorite.

Lovely Home in a Quiet Neighborhood not far from downtown Knoxville

Very clean and well appointed/attractive home that is in a great location in Knoxville. Excellent communication with the owner and seamless/contactless access to the property. Enjoyed the screened in porch, too, as the weather was quite nice. A well cared for and beautiful home!
