Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom vacation home in Maryville. Nestled between the Great Smokey Mountains and Knoxville, just 15 minutes from Maryville College, and 24 minutes from the University of Tennessee, this comfortable home is a short drive from the stunning Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen, stocked with all the essentials you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. When it's time to refresh you'll find two fully-stocked bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Stay connected with WiFi, challenge your friends and family with one of the available games, or curl up with a book... you'll find a comfortable rest here.

Whether you're visiting nearby Maryville College, touring or hiking through the breathtaking Smoky Mountains, or checking out the amazing enjoyments of nearby Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (like Dollywood).

Our stay was unforgettable!! Beautiful home in a very quiet area. Kids enjoyed playing in the very meticulous yard. Adults enjoyed the back porch with the beautiful flowers and momma birds feeding their babies. The home was clean and felt like home away from home! Will definitely book again. Host was amazing and communicated well!!

Loved the feel of a quiet neighborhood and well kept property. The host went above and beyond most VRBO that I have stayed in with amenities that you don't normally find ....like coffee provided, some staples for a quick snack (we didn't need them but noticed the choices were great), spices if I wanted to cook, as well as many games and sitting areas to have some privacy. Showers were wonderful and extra towels made visible. The location was easy to get to my grandaughter graduation from UT and I visited old friends also. d

A great weekend get away

The house was clean and comfortable. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you are gong to Knoxville, the Smokey Mountains or staying in Maryville, I would definitely recommend this house.

Great House in quiet neigborhood

We had a great stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were great. The house was the perfect size for 6 people and the owners provided everything we needed for the stay. I would highly recommend this house if you're in the Marville area.

We are Mike and JoAnn and we love East Tennessee. Why? Our grand kids live here! AND It's BEAUTIFUL! The people are lovely and the weather is great.

We love to hike the Smokies, tour antique shops and explore the region. There are some great destinations here for all of that and more.

This is our home away from home. We live in a "distant state" and this is a great place to be when we visit our family in Maryville. And since we're not here the majority of the time, its an opportunity for you to enjoy it too.

We have a nice, quiet neighborhood, a spacious yard with room to play, and a comfortable home to relax in.

Our location is great for exploring the wonders of East Tennessee and beyond. We're having a great time here and hope you will too.

この宿泊施設の特徴

As the saying goes... location, location, location! We're close to everything you may want to do in the Maryville area, but we're far enough away from the "busy-ness" of the big attractions that you can rest and relax.

Since purchasing the house in 2022 we have made a ton of upgrades: new heating/cooling unit, new hot water tank, new refrigerator and dish washer, fresh paint (here and there), lighting upgrades, all new plumbing, and most recently, a face-lift for the landscape. It's been a lot of work, but it's great to know that things are in excellent repair. Worry free!
