Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom vacation home in Maryville. Nestled between the Great Smokey Mountains and Knoxville, just 15 minutes from Maryville College, and 24 minutes from the University of Tennessee, this comfortable home is a short drive from the stunning Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen, stocked with all the essentials you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. When it's time to refresh you'll find two fully-stocked bathrooms and comfortable beds.

This comfortable home located in a residential neighborhood is lovely. It is immaculate and is conveniently located for easy access to the SMNP, Knoxville, Maryville, and Pigeon Forge. The airport is just minutes away. If we need to be in this area again, we would definitely stay here again. One thing that can ruin a stay is an uncomfortable mattress. The ones on the beds in this home are perfect! Also, the living room furniture is very nice. Both the sofa and loveseat recline. The open layout is nice, allowing for conversation between those preparing a meal and those relaxing in the living room. Also, there isa great selection of coffee pods for those of us who can't function until after that first cup.And finally, cleaning supplies are plentiful and easy to access so you can keep things neat and clean during your stay.

Our smokey mountain stay was absolutely amazing! Pictures, cleanliness and accuracy was just as described. We started every morning with a brisk walk in a very friendly neighborhood and ended with a delicious cup of coffee supplied with a Keurig machine. My husband enjoyed making breakfast and i enjoyed having the convenience of a washing machine for our clothes. Thank you so much for sharing your welcoming Home and garage. It was so much appreciated to keep our new motorcycle that we purchased on our trip Safe. We do plan to return someday..praying for Maryville to be our retirement home. The Smokey Mountains stole our heart.

House was perfect for us, and had everything needed (ie paper towels, coffee, garbage bags, shampoo, dish soap, etc). We came in late after my son’s HS football game on a Friday night. Check-in was easy given we got there around 10pm… just used a code. We were visiting one kid at college and went to a football game the next day, so were hardly around except to sleep/shower, etc. but everything worked out great. Would definitely stay here again.

Took a long weekend trip out with my son to drive the Tail of the Dragon and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our lodging experience. We trailered a car down and needed a garage to park it in and JoAnn and Mike kindly offered up one of their garage spots. The home itself is very well kept with lots of space, a large kitchen and onsite laundry. In terms of location (for fellow driving enthusiasts), it’s a short drive away from Lake in the Sky and the incredible driving road to get up there (Butterfly Gap Rd) as well as Foothills Parkway - both of which are fantastic drives on the way to the Tail. The only caveat I would share is that if bringing a trailer, I would highly recommend having a set of eyes with you to help back it into the driveway as it’s a fairly tight fit. In our case one of the neighbors from across the street ran over and assisted us - which was incredibly kind! That said, will absolutely be coming back for future visits! Thanks again!

A great weekend get away

The house was clean and comfortable. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you are gong to Knoxville, the Smokey Mountains or staying in Maryville, I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect location

My son was marching in the Pride of the Southland Alumni Band, and we wanted a place to stay together. (6 adults and a baby) This house was very convenient to UT Knoxville. It was one of the cleanest VRBO houses I have stayed in. Everything we could possibly need was available. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home near Knoxville!

We had the absolute best time in Maryville! We came for a Tennessee Vols football game for my husband’s 60th birthday. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood was so quiet. Mike and Joann were wonderful to work with. Will definitely stay there again for the next game!

nice neighborhood, quiet

house is beautiful and had everything that we needed. neighbors are close but you would not know that, very quiet. Mike & JoAnn are quick to answer any questions that you may have and were a pleasure to talk to. very easy entry, unlocking and locking the house. We visited, Alcoa, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and of course Maryville (HOUSE LOCATION). Highly recommended. 5 star. Thank you again! Laura & Darrell

Maryville Gem!

The entire visit was fantastic and this home was perfect. The proximity to Townsend and the Smoky Mountains as well as up to Knoxville was perfect. Drive time in either direction was less than 30 minutes.The house was immaculate, the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Thank you JoAnn & Mike

We are Mike and JoAnn and we love East Tennessee. Why? Our grand kids live here! AND It's BEAUTIFUL! The people are lovely and the weather is great.

We love to hike the Smokies, tour antique shops and explore the region. There are some great destinations here for all of that and more.

This is our home away from home. We live in a "distant state" and this is a great place to be when we visit our family in Maryville. And since we're not here the majority of the time, its an opportunity for you to enjoy it too.

We have a nice, quiet neighborhood, a spacious yard with room to play, and a comfortable home to relax in.

Our location is great for exploring the wonders of East Tennessee and beyond. We're having a great time here and hope you will too.

As the saying goes... location, location, location! We're close to everything you may want to do in the Maryville area, but we're far enough away from the "busy-ness" of the big attractions that you can rest and relax.

Since purchasing the house in 2022 we have made a ton of upgrades: new heating/cooling unit, new hot water tank, new refrigerator and dish washer, fresh paint (here and there), lighting upgrades, all new plumbing, and most recently, a face-lift for the landscape. It's been a lot of work, but it's great to know that things are in excellent repair. Worry free!
