Welcome to our home away from home, located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Maryville. You’ll find everything you need to relax in our spacious, yet cozy ranch-style home.
Only 20 minutes to the Knoxville, Tyson McGhee airport and close to all the amenities of Maryville, Townsend, and the Knoxville area, you’ll find it a convenient base of operations for your explorations in East Tennessee.
*Tail of the Dragon... amazing! It's 30 minutes away... and there's a garage for your bikes!
*The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 20 minutes.. or make a route adjustment and you’re in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood or Gatlinburg.
*UT VOLS! You’re a quick 30-minute drive to Neyland stadium.
**Hike, Bike, or rent a Jeep or UTV to explore. Tour Cades Cove and Tukaleechee Caverns... it's all here and right close by.
At the end of an exciting day, relax in the open living space. Catch up on the scores or news with hi-speed internet or TV. Or gather in the cook’s kitchen for a comfortable meal and conversation; the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials (JoAnn is a great cook and likes to have everything needed to make tasty meals when we're in town!) The Keurig coffee maker (coffee and tea provided) makes the morning cuppa easy.
There are three bedrooms; Master bedroom with queen four-poster bed and en-suite bath, the second bedroom also has a queen bed., and the bunk-bed in the 3rd bedroom sleeps 2.
Can’t sleep or early riser? Relax in the den with a coffee and a book. Is your job joining you on your adventure? Set up shop at the vintage study desk and keep up with the demands of the office (USB connects you to monitor and keyboard).
The weather is usually great in East Tennessee, so relax on the private back patio and enjoy the large back yard. Be sure to watch for "lightnin' bugs" on a Summer's evening.
