Welcome to Costa Rica! I'm Lu Dawson, your local property manager, and I'm delighted to help make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable.

After decades of professional experience in business, real estate, and property management, I brought my skills and entrepreneurial spirit to Costa Rica, where I now call the beautiful Southern Zone home. I manage and rent a collection of condominiums, villas, and private homes, including properties at San Buenas Osa Golf Resort and in the surrounding communities of Uvita, Piñuela, Ojochal, San Buenaventura, Ballena, Chontales, and Sierpe.

My background includes a bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies and Criminology from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and a Maryland real estate license. With more than 30 years of business ownership and experience working with corporations and high-net-worth individuals, I bring a strong commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized service to everything I do.

For me, property management is about more than maintaining a home. It's about creating a welcoming experience, helping guests feel at ease, and sharing the local knowledge that makes a visit truly special.

When I'm not working, you'll find me learning Spanish, playing golf, meeting new people, or exploring the incredible beaches, mountains, and rainforests of Costa Rica's Southern Zone - often on foot or behind the wheel of my 4x4.

I love the lifestyle, the people, and the natural beauty that make this part of Costa Rica so extraordinary, and I enjoy helping visitors discover it for themselves.

This condo is tucked inside a secure, gated community with its own reserved, covered parking space. Surrounded by lush jungle, majestic mountains, and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean in the distance, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Costa Rica's natural beauty and tranquility. You are 2.2 kilometers from the main road (Costenara).

Getting Around: We recommend a 4x4 vehicle for exploring the Southern Zone, as many local roads are unpaved dirt or gravel and can get rough, especially during the rainy season. Having the right vehicle will make it easier to discover the region’s secluded beaches, hidden gems, and incredible natural attractions.
