Brand New 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house with plunge pool! Super convenient, walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of the southern zone at the Ballena National Park (Playa Chaman). Awesome beach for Families and Surfers of all levels! All paved roads in the residential center of Uvita, so no need for 4 x 4 car. Your perfect launch pad for activities and exploration of the southern zone of Costa Rica. Best value for a convenient location in the heart of Uvita.

This house: Uvita Beach House and the house next door Casa Turquesa (similar floor plan and layout) can be rented together as a rare opportunity to have 4 bedrooms side by side in this convenient area of Uvita (please ask for more information if you are interested).

Life within walking distance in the center of Uvita, including walking to the beach, great restaurants, supermarkets, Maxi Pali multipurpose store, gas station, etc. You’ll have your own plunge pool and small tropical garden to chill and relax with a refreshment before or after a day of adventures. Private gate and parking on the property.

The guest house was clean and new with everything we needed for a week in Costa Rica.Our host Gregori met us when we arrived and gave us information about the house as well as what to doaround this part of the coast. There is a grocery store, restaurants and the beautiful beachall close by. We would return to this house for another relaxing vacation in the future.

Property exceeded all expectations and was the perfect home base for our Pura Vida adventure! We were super comfy staying in to cook meals, private Pina Colada Pool Party lol and to rest and relax. Highly recommended and would absolutely return. Mucho Gracias Amiga. Also Pura Vida to Gregori who promptly answered any questions and had some amazing tips for DIY experiences!!

Secure , immaculate little house with several amneties . Even a rice cooker & blender! Very complete kitchen . Pali Maxi grocery store walkable distance , and better quality grocery store BM an easy drive in town . Good A/C. One restaurant 5 minute walk . Abundance of movie links & subscriptions on TV . National marine park 10-12 minute walk away (7000 colones per person per day , no multi day discounts ). Great quality washer & dryer. 2 full bathrooms . No closets or places to hang clothes so used second bedroom for suitcases & clothes . Uvita is fabulous base for day trips to Dominical , Playa Hermosa , waterfalls , Reptilandia . This is a well cared for property in charming town .

Excellent spot to get around town! The smaller home fit our needs, and it was clean and well kept! Communication was open, with quick replies letting us know directions to the home, ideas for restaurants, and activities around town. I highly recommend it!

This little property was perfect. Very clean, they’ve thought of everything you could need. Beds we’re comfortable, and it was nice to have the little pool.

Great Home Base

Loved this house. Has everything you need. Some issues to address up front, though: the address provided was incorrect. “Second driveway past the Mexican restaurant” is not helpful. We arrived late, it was raining, and we had no reception so we couldn’t communicate with host for location. So plan ahead as much as possible to get correct location. That aside - the host went above and beyond to provide assistance and information. TONS of beach towels, 4 beach chairs and coolers were appreciated. Showerheads in both bathrooms not fully functional. However beds had nice linens and the mattresses were a good mix of soft and firm with the toppers. Two outdoor showers were a luxury and the tiny pool was perfect for a cold plunge after the beach. Short walk to ocean for sunset viewing after the park entrance is open for free. Grocery options: huge grocery or tiny market both nearby. On-site laundry worked well. Great home base for exploring.

All we could have hoped for! Paradise found!

We saw the listing, read the reviews and were absolutely looking forward to our brief stay in this little gem. As it turns out, this is one of the top Vrbo properties we have ever rented. This home was set up so well and had so many extra's that many owners seem to forget. Spices, cooking spray, all the pots and pans you could ever want. Food storage containers, several ice cube trays, which in this climate is a must. Coolers and beach chairs and more towels for the plunge pool than we could use in a month. And speaking of the plunge pool, what a refreshing way to end your day. Also they have two outdoor showers, a fenced in parking area, I could go on all day. For 2 or 4 people this is the perfect little nest to call home for however long you visit might be. Two markets within walking distance, a great Tex Mex restaurant 100 meters away and the National Park an 8 minute walk from the house. Can't wait to spend some more time here...

Super Ferienhaus, tolle Ausstattung und dies in perfekter Lage. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Einzig die Adresse des Hauses ist etwas schwierig zu finden. Hier hilft der Vermieter aber per Textnachricht.

Beautiful clean property just as described. Close to the beach/ wildlife, supermarket, and restaurants. The little pool in the back was perfect for a cool dip on hot days. Kitchen included everything we needed to cook at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again on a future visit.

This was a prime location for our tours in the Uvita and quick drive Manuel Antonio park. The home is comfortable and clean. It was nice to dip in the pool in the late afternoon before dinner. We sat sat out

Excellent stay in Uvita

I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding and supplies. The outdoor washer and dryer were so appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor space. I walked the Whales’s Tail every morning. Great location. Groceries and restaurants close by. Excellent!

Everything we needed and more

This stay was exactly as advertised. We were a party of two and had plenty of space. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could make food from the grocery store up the road and was perfectly placed with several restaurants within walking distance. Property management was more than accomidating when our arrival time was completely de-railed due to accidents and road work.

Total Comfort Near Beach

We stayed five days and found the listing exceeded all our expectations. The location was super convenient, the host accessible and helpful, and the plunge pool a delight. We enjoyed watching all the colorful birds bustling about, as well.

Excellent stay, for 2 people

My wife and I really loved our time here. It was our second trip to CR, first one to Uvita.The location was perfect for us. With a couple restaurants and a supermarket within a 2-5 minute walk it made cooking at home easy. The place is very clean with excellent communication and advice. My only wonder is if there was 4 adults staying there might be a storage issue for clothing as there isn’t really anywhere to put away or even to have a suitcase on the ground without it being in the way. The convenience of the washing machine was a very nice touch. But the best part of the house for us was the plunge pool. We needed to cool down a few times and it was perfect!!!!

This was the perfect stay for our trip. Close to the beach, local restaurants and was a great launch point for some really amazing adventures. We would definitely stay here again.
