Your perfect launch pad for activities and exploration of the southern zone of Costa Rica. Best value for a convenient location in the heart of Uvita.

This house: Uvita Beach House and the house next door Casa Turquesa (similar floor plan and layout) can be rented together as a rare opportunity to have 4 bedrooms side by side in this convenient area of Uvita (please ask for more information if you are interested).

Life within walking distance in the center of Uvita, including walking to the beach, great restaurants, supermarkets, Maxi Pali multipurpose store, gas station, etc. You’ll have your own plunge pool and small tropical garden to chill and relax with a refreshment before or after a day of adventures. Private gate and parking on the property.

All we could have hoped for! Paradise found!

We saw the listing, read the reviews and were absolutely looking forward to our brief stay in this little gem. As it turns out, this is one of the top Vrbo properties we have ever rented. This home was set up so well and had so many extra's that many owners seem to forget. Spices, cooking spray, all the pots and pans you could ever want. Food storage containers, several ice cube trays, which in this climate is a must. Coolers and beach chairs and more towels for the plunge pool than we could use in a month. And speaking of the plunge pool, what a refreshing way to end your day. Also they have two outdoor showers, a fenced in parking area, I could go on all day. For 2 or 4 people this is the perfect little nest to call home for however long you visit might be. Two markets within walking distance, a great Tex Mex restaurant 100 meters away and the National Park an 8 minute walk from the house. Can't wait to spend some more time here...

Super Ferienhaus, tolle Ausstattung und dies in perfekter Lage. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Einzig die Adresse des Hauses ist etwas schwierig zu finden. Hier hilft der Vermieter aber per Textnachricht.

A slice of birding paradise

This was a prime location for our tours in the Uvita and quick drive Manuel Antonio park. The home is comfortable and clean. It was nice to dip in the pool in the late afternoon before dinner. We sat sat out

Excellent stay in Uvita

I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding and supplies. The outdoor washer and dryer were so appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor space. I walked the Whales’s Tail every morning. Great location. Groceries and restaurants close by. Excellent!

Everything we needed and more

This stay was exactly as advertised. We were a party of two and had plenty of space. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could make food from the grocery store up the road and was perfectly placed with several restaurants within walking distance. Property management was more than accomidating when our arrival time was completely de-railed due to accidents and road work.

Total Comfort Near Beach

We stayed five days and found the listing exceeded all our expectations. The location was super convenient, the host accessible and helpful, and the plunge pool a delight. We enjoyed watching all the colorful birds bustling about, as well.

Excellent stay, for 2 people

My wife and I really loved our time here. It was our second trip to CR, first one to Uvita.The location was perfect for us. With a couple restaurants and a supermarket within a 2-5 minute walk it made cooking at home easy. The place is very clean with excellent communication and advice. My only wonder is if there was 4 adults staying there might be a storage issue for clothing as there isn’t really anywhere to put away or even to have a suitcase on the ground without it being in the way. The convenience of the washing machine was a very nice touch. But the best part of the house for us was the plunge pool. We needed to cool down a few times and it was perfect!!!!

Coastal Homebase

This was the perfect stay for our trip. Close to the beach, local restaurants and was a great launch point for some really amazing adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Uvita Joy

Our rental was wonderful. The home was exactly as represented in the description. The owners supplied all of the necessary supplies (towels, soaps, coffee, etc). The location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, stores, and restaurants. We could sit on the quaint patio and watch the wildlife. I would highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay in Uvita. The owner helped us book tours and gave us great information on restaurants.

Great accommodation in a great area

Well-appointed, nice location, helpful host

We really enjoyed this sweet little house in Uvita. It's new construction so everything was clean and well-thought out. We loved having the pool in the backyard to cool off in. And enjoyed having coffee in the yard in the mornings and watching the macaws fly into the trees above us. The Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic and we enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the proximity to so many other beautiful beaches. It's a quick drive to Domincal which was a great place to visit, we particularly enjoyed Fuego, the local brewery and coffee roaster. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Uvita and this rental was great.

Exactly as promised

Amazing communication and the place was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was near everything and great restaurants. The plunge pool was perfect to dip in after a hot morning. The only thing I would have liked was a small dresser of some sort to put our clothes.

Perfect place in Uvita!

This was an amazing location- perfectly situated near the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. It was the perfect size for our family of 2 boys and 2 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs and communication with the site manager was impeccable- very responsive! They even had beach chairs. Wonderful stay. Thank you!

Short walk to the beach

We had a nice stay here. This is a small but modern home that was a good size for 2 adults and a teen. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the towels and the washer and dryer. The small plunge pool is nice for relaxing and watching the giant iguanas (bring your binoculars) on the trees behind the house. The location is just off the main highway, in a residential area and just a short walk to one of the entrances to Marino Ballena National Park. It is a beautiful stretch of the beach, away from the crowds. From there you can walk along the beach to the "Whale's Tail" (about 45min) or watch the gorgeous sunset from anywhere on the beach. The property manager was very responsive and provided nice recommendations.

Perfect spot for home base

Great find! Perfect for a couple. Looked just like the pictures! Good location ... walking to the beach, sunsets, and easy access point for day trips. The "plunge" pool provided relief from the heat!

Awesome

Great location, walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Gregory was super nice and gave great suggestions of places to go. Comfortable living space, beds. Kitchen was stocked beautifully. Wonderful outdoor porch and pool was fantastic! Loved this place!

Wonderful Property

We loved our stay in Uvita. Two restaurants and a grocery store are less than 2min walk from the house. We stayed in late December. There are many great restaurants/cafes within 10-15min walk. There was construction going on not too far away (common for offseason travel) but after check in our property manager went over to talk with them and we didn't hear any noise during the rest of our stay. The beach at the end of the road is absolutely beautiful but it is also part of the national park and costs ~$6-7 (USD) daily per person.
