Family holiday

Beautifully situated house, the outside area was perfect for the holiday, loads of space with both sun and shade at all times. Hot tub a bonus. Really easy access to beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Lage war top, das Meer warm

Aussenbereich- sehr schön. Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Wohnung mit Spinnenweben und dreckigen Toiletten. Ein Zimmer war verschimmelt, roch auch so. Alte Möbel und Kochenutensilien (teilweise stinkend), abweichend von den Bildern. Trotzdem schönen Urlaub gehabt.

Beste Lage

Besser kann Urlaub eigentlich nicht sein. Die Lage ist perfekt - 15 Meter zum Strand, der trotz Hochsaison nie voll war. Ebenso die Möglichkeit unser Boot im Hafen festzumachen war perfekt. Eigentlich hätten wir die ganzen 3 Wochen nicht einmal unser Fahrzeug gebracht. Alles ist fusslauefig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!!!

Väldigt mysig men liten by, bra om man vill ha det lite lugnare. Läget var helt fantastiskt, men huset i ganska slitet skick. Hade önskat info om att vår uteplats var en passage för närboende.

Tolles Meer und kleiner Privatstrand direkt ums Eck

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Meer direkt gegenüber ist wirklich toll. Nicht weit vom Haus gibt es eine kleine Bucht, die wir meistens für uns alleine hatten. Dies war unser kleiner Privatstrand. Leider sind die Palmen an der Straße entlang, die auf den Fotos abgebildet sind, nicht mehr vorhanden. Von den Weinreben auf den Vorplatz, fällt sehr viel Laub. Deshalb war es notwendig täglich zu fegen um nicht alles ins Haus zu schleppen. Und beim Staubsauger fehlte der Saugaufsatz. Trotzdem hatten wir ein schöne Zeit in dem kleinen Ort.

Ferienhaus für Familien mit Hund

Super für Familien mit Kindern und Hund, da alles eingezäunt ist. Der Ort ist klein und überschaubar und Mitte Juni war noch nichts vom Tourismus zu spüren. Wir konnten unser kleines Boot im Hafen ankern lassen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber und das Wasser ist extrem klar. Das WLAN war schnell. Alles war bestens. Gerne wieder.

Great summer on the beach

We are a family of 5 and had a brilliant time at Luka’s house. Luka is a great host-check in was easy, the house is very spacious and extremely comfortable and very clean. Great location. Luka very kindly arranged a trip for us to Hvar which was amazing and always responded very quickly. Very highly recommended!

We had a great vacation with our kids, every day we would grill and swim at almost private beach in front of the house, when the weather would be cloudy we would go to trips around the island which have a lot of things to offer.

Ein Tolles Haus für Entspannung und Ruhe

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Hause Stambuk. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von Luka begrüßt der uns alles zeigte und erklärte, wohin wir gehen und was wir tun können. Das Haus ist sehr schön und angenehmen. Das beste sind der Hof mit einem super Grill und natürlich der naheliegende Strand. Obwohl das Haus im Zentrum der Stadt ist, ist die Umgebung, entspannend und ruhig. Neben dem Haus ist ein toller und sehr großer Fischmarkt mit frischem Fisch. Auch die Insel Brac ist maßgeschneidert für einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub. Es gibt möglichkeiten jeden Tag einen neuen Ort oder Strand zu besuchen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Vidova Berg und Strand Lovrecina.

Vacanza fantastica :)

La casa è molto leggera, ariosa e spaziosa. E'situata in una posizione incantevole, nella zona molto tranquilla, non c'è rumore del traffico stradale. Tutto è stato molto pulito e confortevole. I letti sono buoni, la doccia è ottima. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilita di prendere il pranzo e la cena all'aperto, sulla grandissima terrazza, con vista sul giardino lussureggiante e mare. Si trova a meno di 10 metri dalla spiaggia, dove nuotavamo ogni giorno in acque cristalline, in particolare è stato bello alla mattina, ti svegli e bambini corrono direttamente al mare come facciamo noi. Ci sono due buoni ristoranti a 5 minuti a piedi. Luka è molto accogliente e disponibile con informazioni locali, mappe e consigli sui posti da visitare. Questo è stato così utile dato che questo era la nostra prima volta in Croazia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I want to welcome you to our old family house, which was built 140 years ago and it still stands on the same place in same dimensions as it was back then :)

Not to scare you, it was renoweted totally few years ago and now it is perfect vacation house. All my childhood i had spent here, during the summer vacations, and it was the best part of my life.

So i invite you all to come and feel little bit of authentic dalmatian house and an atmosphere of ordinary dalmatian village of Sumartin in which house is located.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Extremely big terrace, tress and plants in the garden and warn sea just 5 meters from the house, it is ideal combination for total relaxation.

If you want to sit, enjoy, take a swim in warm sea and then get back to house this is dream home for you. There is big grill place where you can grill when you get hungry, just to notice that fresh fish market is just 10 meters from the house :)

If you are coming with the children, you can relax, they have big terrace to run on it and there is not a lot of traffic in village so you won't have to think about them to much, of course for modern children there is free wi-fi connection :)

When you decide to visit another beach, you can simply walk to it there are many in 10 minutes radius. Or you can rent a boat, moor it in front of house, pick up the thing and sail off to one of the many beautiful bays and beaches that are surrounding Sumartin.
