It's both beautiful and comfortable, providing a wonderful home away from home experience. On the ground floor, you'll find an open kitchen, dining areas, and living rooms, as well as a laundry room, playroom (study), half bath, and a master bedroom and bathroom. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with plenty of seating and gathering space throughout the house.
Located in a nice and safe neighborhood, this house offers a central location to the North Dallas/Frisco/Allen/McKinney area, with easy access to Hwy 121 and Hwy 75. Most attractions in town can be reached within a 30-minute drive or less.
