Vilano101は、ビーチや歴史的なセントオーガスティンに簡単にアクセスできる絶好のロケーションです。 新しく内装されたもの（すべて新しいもの）と、海から通りを隔てた0.42エーカーの巨大な庭で更新されました。 この3階建ての家には地上階への個別の入り口があり、複数の家族が家を共有するのに理想的です。 地上階は1ベッド、1バス、簡易キッチン（冷蔵庫、洗面台、電子レンジ）付きのリビングルームで、リビングスペースには65インチテレビがあります。 1階のベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあり、リビングルームにはクイーンプルアウトソファがあります。
2階では、大きなキッチンにキッチン用品が完全に揃っており、食べ物が滞在の思い出に残るものであることを確認したり、近くの500軒以上のレストランの1つで注文したり外出したりできます。 バーは4席。
キッチンのすぐそばのダイニングルームには6人掛けの座席が用意されています。 これは、2階のデッキに4つの椅子がある追加のテーブルです。

Annual sibs week for us old people. Beach walks and pool were the high points. Other pluses were Caps for dinner, old town tour, and the open living area. Traffic noise a little irritating and a fussy lower level AC.

Nice property close to the beach. The pool was wonderful. This property is close to all the attractions of St. Augustin. The property manger was on top of things. We would rent it again if we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was just a block from the beach and only a quick Uber ride to downtown St. Augustine. Plus, it was conveniently located about half a mile from Publix — definitely a nice bonus. The home itself was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the pool lights and heater were on a timer — such a nice touch!The only small hiccup was with the listing description. We were expecting three queen beds and a king plus a Murphy bed, but it actually had one king, two queens, and a Murphy bed. Luckily, there was also a pull-out sofa, so it all worked out just fine.Tamara, our contact, was absolutely amazing — super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Beach vacation

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our group of 10! We loved the area, just across the street from the beach and a quick drive into St.Augustine! We enjoyed longing and playing in the pool after beach days! Most definitely would stay here again!

Amazing House

This was our favorite house we have ever rented on VRBO. The house was very spacious. It was clean and fully stocked, they even provided pool towels. I loved how big the yard was and I could watch the sunrise from the top porch. Other things I loved about the house, They provided games, pool floats, beach chairs and a wagon. The public beach access was across the street. I give this house a 10 / 10.

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Palms beach house! The close proximity to the beach, just across the street (4 minute walk) was great and then hang by the pool in the afternoon, made our days fun and relaxing!

Great beach retreat

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Palms! The house and pool were well-equipped and made our time comfortable. Replacing the worn-out plastic porch chairs, upgrading the beach/pool towels and bed pillows, & equipping the separate downstairs apartment with central HVAC would be assets.

We are a family of six that loves the beach. We have traveled and explored many beaches and Vilano Beach is our favorite. The Palms Beach House truly is located in what we call a slice of paradise. We love the large lot, private pool, ocean views, and the flow and brightness the property offers. Such an amazing beach house in an ideal location. The beach is calm waves, warmer water and easy access. We all enjoy every second we spend in The Palms. The property has indoor outdoor dining, two family rooms, large TV's, tree swing, large kitchen, and the comfiest beds. Over 50 Palm Trees on the property and plenty of parking with large driveway. There is also a community park, basketball court, tennis court, playground, picnic tables 2 blocks away. The house is also in walking distance to the grocery store and gas station. The location is ideal.

Waking up in the master bedroom and rolling over to see the ocean. The proximity to the beach, large spacious kitchen, newly remodeled, new linens, all new furniture, new kitchen supplies, double ovens, high speed internet, spacious master suite, large soaker tub, private pool...the list could go on and on. This property is fantastic!
