The house fits our family perfectly. We can spread out or be together. Across the street from the beach, plus having our own pool. Great place for adults and kids. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean house. Good communication! The layout is a little quirky with the two upstairs bathrooms being in bedrooms, leaving people in the third bedroom to have to go into someone else’s bedroom to use one. And having to go outside to reach the separate apartment was a little inconvenient. But the house had what we needed, and we had a good time.

We loved this house so much! We traveled with two families, including 4 kids. The pool was so fun, my kids loved the lights at night. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Didn’t need to bring anything except clothes! The beach gear was fun and the wagon was helpful to bring it across the street to the beach access. Plenty of pool toys and floaties made it so much more fun. Close to Publix and a short drive to downtown st Augustine.

Perfect for a Multigenerational Family VacationThis home was a wonderful choice for our vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Its spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room and privacy, making the week especially comfortable. The large primary bedroom was lovely, and the private poolside suite was perfect for one of our families. It included an en-suite bathroom, a sofa bed, and a pull-out ottoman bed for the children. They especially enjoyed having their own mini refrigerator, coffee bar, and space to play cards and video games. Another guest room offered direct access to the deck, while an additional guest room had its own private bathroom. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Our entire family enjoyed the large pool, and the beach was just a short, easy walk away—one house down and across the street. The provided beach wagon made transporting everything much easier, and the home had plenty of pool toys and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked, so we cooked at home most evenings. Reliable Wi-Fi and a private dining area gave our daughter a quiet, comfortable place to work during the trip.Check-in was a snap, and the property manager was accessible, pleasant, and helpful. The thoughtful layout allowed us to spend plenty of time together while still giving everyone room to relax and unwind. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the queen beds to kings—but we admit we’re spoiled by our large beds at home!

Annual sibs week for us old people. Beach walks and pool were the high points. Other pluses were Caps for dinner, old town tour, and the open living area. Traffic noise a little irritating and a fussy lower level AC.

We’re a family of six with a deep love for beautiful beaches, historic charm, exceptional local dining, and thoughtfully designed coastal homes. After traveling both the East and West Coasts, we fell in love with St. Augustine — it effortlessly checked every box. With its storybook streets and romantic coastal energy, it feels like a Nicholas Sparks setting meets a Hallmark film. Truly our slice of heaven on earth, and we’re delighted to share it with you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The ocean views, private pool, large lot, ideal 2 unit layout, large master suite, and proximity to Vilano Town Center made The Palms Beach House the right choice.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The Palms Beach House sits in what we truly consider a slice of paradise. From the expansive lot and private pool to the ocean views and light-filled, flowing layout, every detail feels thoughtfully designed for relaxed coastal living. The beach here offers calm waves, warmer water, and effortless access — perfect for families. We savor every moment we spend at The Palms. The home features seamless indoor–outdoor dining, two spacious family rooms, large TVs, a tree swing, a generous kitchen, and incredibly comfortable beds. With over 50 palm trees on the property, abundant parking, and a large driveway, the setting feels both private and resort-like. Just two blocks away, you’ll find a community park with a basketball court, tennis court, playground, and picnic tables. Plus, the grocery store and gas station are within walking distance. The location is simply ideal
