Absolutely perfect location with gorgeous sunrises, comfortable breeze and sunset from the rooftop. Complete privacy in the pool and even the roosters behind made for an unforgettable experience. A few quirky light switches and appliances, which can be expected, but would definitely stay again!

Casa Paraíso is the kind of place you want to keep to yourself, this little gem you want to come back to! The house is even better in person, and the views are just breathtaking. Everything you need is there, the beds are super comfortable, the pool was our favorite part! Ashley was the sweetest always very reactive before/during our stay, you can feel her love for the island, and it is contagious! Hopefully we’ll be back at Casa Paraíso, we loved Isla Mujeres! Thanks again for everything.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need! What you see in the pics is what you get. It was very spacious and offered plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some peace and quiet or have dinner with family or friends. The location is perfect, on the Caribbean side in the center of the island, with a quick golf cart ride to either end depending on what you want to do. We enjoyed the privacy and having our own space. Ashley and Todd were always quick to answer our questions and very easy to work with. They do provide all the information you need to get from the airport to the island which made our visit even better. We did take advantage of the grocery delivery option Ashley and Todd offered and Stacy the house manager had everything we asked for waiting when we arrived. But, there is a well stocked grocery store on the island so if you're feeling adventurous give it a try. We went for snacks and had no trouble! The area is safe, people are friendly and fun. There is a small cantina a short walk from the house that had good food and great drinks. And the view was wonderful! You won't be disappointed with your stay Casa Paraiso!

Great Location

The house was in a great location you could go North or South easily! House was clean and very nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Ashley was very easy to deal with and sent all information that was needed before the trip.

Amazing view!

Very nice property. Living room furniture could be a bit more comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the house. Views from house are amazing! First time staying on the island and will return. Would definitely rent this property again

Todd & I are blessed with 4 kids (I can't call them children anymore) and our 2 beautiful grandchildren, Lincoln & Kennedy, who are the the loves of our lives too!. Our love for Isla Mujeres back in 2003 when we decided to take a spur-of-the-moment day trip to Isla from Cancun… like the majority of people have do. It took us over an hour to get to Isla via a small fishing boat back then.. now it is only a quick 20 minute ferry ride on a fancy boat now.. but you feel like you are in a totally different world from the hustle & bustle of Cancun.. YIKES! Little did we know the impact that Isla Mujeres would have on us! I remember the feeling I had when I first stepped off the boat the very 1st trip to the island...it's so hard to "explain" to people what Isla is like.. but there is something very special and magical about Isla that has stolen my heart for over 15 years & still have that feeling every time that I arrive on the island. Our family fell in love with the calm, crystal clear warm Caribbean beaches, LOVE the simplicity of the island in general & daily island living (slip into "mañana mode", the local Isleños are so welcoming every time I see them, wonderful community & family values, enjoying traditional Mexican dishes & the freshest seafood you will ever put in your mouth, and it's so safe (it's like it's very own country... away from Mexico's bad reputation) The island has a huge Navy base on the island & I am down there all the time without my husband (he still has his job in the states) & I have NEVER EVER felt unsafe.. I actually feel safer in Isla than here in the states.

We were married in Isla Mujeres on August 1, 2004, which is exactly 1 year from our casual day trip that would affect & change our lives forever. We had a beautiful sunset beach wedding ceremony at Zoetry Villa Rolandi Hotel with a traditional mariachi band & lots of tequila. We hope you enjoy the island & our home as much as we do! Keep it simple..Life is short ~

We would drive our golf cart around the island and always would comment on how we really loved this house and on one of our many trips to Isla Mujeres we saw that the house was listed "for sale"..THAT was our moment to have our very own "slice of paradise". There is always a constant breeze coming off the Caribbean while soaking up the sun in the pool and then heading up to the rooftop entertaining area & chilling out after a long day in the sun ~ with your favorite wine or cerveza in your hand as you watch the sun fall behind the horizon, painting the sky shades of red and pink, and I thank God for all the beauty he created for us ~ we are so grateful and blessed.
