Welcome to Casa Solaz, a three-level oceanview penthouse at Sotavento on the peaceful south end of Isla Mujeres. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers ocean views from every level, two private balconies, a rooftop terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, shared infinity pool access, and plenty of golf cart parking.

Casa Solaz is a great fit for couples, families, or friends looking for an island home base with beautiful views, indoor-outdoor living, and easy access to restaurants, beach clubs, snorkeling, and island exploring.

The main living level includes an open living room, dining area, and kitchen, all connected to a private balcony with Caribbean Sea views. This level also includes the secondary suite with a queen bed and a full bathroom.

The primary suite occupies its own level, giving guests extra privacy. It includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and sweeping views toward Bahía de Mujeres and the Cancún skyline. A comfortable sofa bed on this level provides additional sleeping space if needed.

The rooftop terrace is the highlight of Casa Solaz. From here, you can enjoy open-air views of the Caribbean Sea, Bahía de Mujeres, the Cancún skyline, and the south end of Isla Mujeres. It’s a beautiful spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or relaxing above the island.

Guests also have access to Sotavento’s shared infinity pool overlooking the water. The property has plenty of parking for golf carts, which are highly recommended for exploring Isla Mujeres.

Casa Solaz is located on the scenic south end of the island, close to several local favorites. The Joint, Rancho Capricho, and Garrafón de Castilla are all very close by, giving you snorkeling, food, drinks, and live music close to the property.

Within a 5–10 minute walk or quick golf cart ride, you can reach Punta Sur, Lacandona Coffee Bus, Kin Ha, Loretta’s Restaurant & Beach Club, Ulan Eatery, and El Borracho Burro Cantina. Playa Norte, downtown restaurants, shops, and the island’s main nightlife area are a short golf cart ride away.

Please note that Casa Solaz is a third-floor penthouse with no elevator. There are several flights of stairs to reach the main living level, plus interior stairs between the living level, primary suite, and rooftop terrace. Guests should be comfortable with stairs.

The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and basic meal-prep essentials.
