The home has keyless, coded entry. The main house has a queen bed and built-in bunk beds, plus a comfy sleeper sofa. There is also a full bathroom and a half bath. each has a queen bed with full-size washer and dryer, mini fridge, and coffee station. There are large flat screen TVs in each Bedroom with WIFI and premium cable.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home: cookware, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, barbecue tools, condiments, coffee, and spices.

Outside, we have a large deck with a gas grill, umbrella table, lounge chairs, and a bar with additional seating and an outdoor flat screen TV. We are dog-friendly, and have plenty of grass and a fully fenced yard for your pets to play in.*

We also have an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for after the beach or boating, plus two bicycles are available upon request.

There is no garage parking, but there is room for one vehicle in the driveway and abundant street parking for cars and even your trailered boat.
