Large friendly home! We had a family of 8 six adults and two kids. This house had room to spare! Five bathrooms was a selling point! Bedrooms were great! Large well stocked kitchen, it even has an ice machine which is a thoughtful addition! There was a box of donuts to greet us when we arrived! We used the pool every day. The house is in a good location, we were never more than 22 minutes from any to the destinations we visited.

Mild and per smells

House smelled like dogs and black mold. The black mold is obvious around the ac vents. Pictures do NOT match ones online. We left there immediately and did it stay there.Lost all of our money.Owner did not admit to any responsibility.

Hi Michele, We’re sorry your travel plans changed the day before your check-in date and that you weren’t eligible for a full refund due to our clearly stated cancellation policy. Unfortunately, this review does not reflect an actual stay, as you never checked in. There is no mold present at the property, and we take any claim of that nature very seriously. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between every guest, and we consistently earn high marks for cleanliness and accuracy—with hundreds of 5-star reviews across platforms to support that. We understand that disappointment around a refund can lead to frustration, but it's important for future guests to know this review is not based on an actual stay experience. Kevin and Holly

Pool was great

The kids loved the pool. The weather was cool most of the time, but the pool was heated so they still spent hours playing in it!

Fabulous family home

Although we had very little actual time at the house because of rehearsal dinner and wedding, we a;; agreed it was the perfect family home! There were books and toys for the kids and Kevin left donuts and candies local which were loved. Thank you for allowing us to safely celebrate our family wedding at the Peabody!

Our glorious mid-century modern home boasts 4,000 square feet of space, and it's all yours! Your retreat is set back from the road with parking for the entire extended family. Your home away from home looks out into the professionally designed six-figure back yard with custom Gunite saltwater pool, soothing waterfall, and legendary playground. Lights adorn the entire back yard and the pool, and ensure that the setting sun won't cause an early end to your festivities. The entire space is fenced for your privacy and the surrounding garden envelops you in peace. The grill, outdoor table, and all the seating spaces are for your enjoyment.

The house is a classic mid century L shape. The fully renovated kitchen is at the crux, with living spaces in both directions, a massive dining area adjacent to the pass-through fireplace, and bedroom wings extend to the tip of each wing of the house. A perfect setup for two families sharing one house, or 3-5 couples sharing the space for a reunion.

If you would to host an event such as a wedding or a party, please reach out to us for pricing details. Otherwise, the only folks at the property should be those who are on the reservation.

The Richland Acres / Brierwood area is a peaceful East-Memphis neighborhood with a calm pace. Some of the most beautiful mid-century modern homes in town are within a short walk, which we often enjoy. We're about 5 minutes from Whole Foods, Hog&Hominy, and Central BBQ. Easy access to the highway and about 15 minutes from downtown.
