Kevin is a math coach for high school teachers and coffee consultant in Memphis and Holly is an elementary special needs teacher. Originally from Ohio, we've now been in Memphis 9 years. We enjoy meeting new people, hearing about their adventures, and providing an excellent hospitality experience! We Choose901, nerd out on coffee, and can't live without our beloved frenchie, Maverick. During your stay, feel free to ask us about our travels, our favorite spots to eat, and why we love Memphis. Our glorious mid-century modern home boasts 4,000 square feet of space, and it's all yours! Your retreat is set back from the road with parking for the entire extended family. Your home away from home looks out into the professionally designed six-figure back yard with custom Gunite saltwater pool, soothing waterfall, and legendary playground. Lights adorn the entire back yard and the pool, and ensure that the setting sun won't cause an early end to your festivities. The entire space is fenced for your privacy and the surrounding garden envelops you in peace. The grill, outdoor table, and all the seating spaces are for your enjoyment.
The house is a classic mid century L shape. The fully renovated kitchen is at the crux, with living spaces in both directions, a massive dining area adjacent to the pass-through fireplace, and bedroom wings extend to the tip of each wing of the house. A perfect setup for two families sharing one house, or 3-5 couples sharing the space for a reunion.
If you would to host an event such as a wedding or a party, please reach out to us for pricing details. Otherwise, the only folks at the property should be those who are on the reservation.
The Richland Acres / Brierwood area is a peaceful East-Memphis neighborhood with a calm pace. Some of the most beautiful mid-century modern homes in town are within a short walk, which we often enjoy. We're about 5 minutes from Whole Foods, Hog&Hominy, and Central BBQ. Easy access to the highway and about 15 minutes from downtown.
