Property had everything we expected in a beautiful location. Townsfolk welcoming and helpful. We stayed for nearly three .onths and truly wish it was longer.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment with balcony views to die for. We loved the mountain goats in the garden behind the apartment and enjoyed watching all the water sports while eating on the balcony. We also had an amazing view of the fireworks one evening!We had friends nearby with a pool so didn't miss having one but it was so hot that you should be aware that you need to pay to use the local communal pool.We had a slight problem as part of the advert was written in Spanish so we were unaware of a couple of things but the agency sorted this out swiftly for us and were great at communicating.Our family was very sad to leave and hope to be back again one day. Thank you

Et sted vi har været flere gange og kommer gerne igen

Skønt, men lige som sidste år kunne sofaen godt trænge til en udskiftning , og stolene på terrassen er ikke gode at sidde på. Men ellers er lejligheden skøn og dejlig udsigt

Lovely week in La Herradura

Brigitte our contact was really great, efficient, helpful & always quick to respond to any queries. The view from the balcony is amazing & the apartment is very well appointed. La Herradura was a little disappointing - but maybe because we visited early in the season? We travelled quite easily to towns nearby which we loved, Marina del Este & Nerja our favourites. We loved the very Spanish feel of the area - with tapas to die for!! Would definitely come back to this area again

Mysigt boende med panoramautsikt

Vi bodde i lägenheten i 6 veckor. Ett välutrustat boende med alla bekvämligheter man behöver, Ett nyrenoverat kök med diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. 2 toaletter, varav den ena med bad och dusch och den andra som var nyrenoverad med enbart dusch. I och med att vi hade bokat en lång vistelse hade vi krav på att sängarna skulle vara bekväma och vi blev inte besvikna. Men det bestående intrycket var panorama utsikten från terassen. Soluppgångarna över bergen och utsikten ner mot La Herradura och ut över havet var bedövande vacker och den tröttnade vi aldrig på. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Thomas och Pia Sverige

Agradable y con encanto

El apartamento está impecable, totalmente equipado y muy nuevo y cuidado todo. La zona es tranquila y con bonitas vistas aunque necesitas coche para bajar al pueblo. La cercanía a las calas de la zona de Nerja lo hacen un alojamiento muy bien ubicado. Como se indica en el anuncio, el suministro eléctrico y la conexión a Internet se pagan aparte.

Hemos estado como en casa y la terraza es perfecta para estar relajado con sus magnificas vistas. El apartamento es prácticamente nuevo ya que ha sido reformado hace unos meses.

A very beautiful apartment!

We had a really good time staying at Laura‘s Apartment! It was very clean, very welcoming and we loved the interior as well as the balcony. Everything you could wish for in a place to stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and we didn’t miss anything from home. The bath- and bedrooms are beautiful too, very modern and bright. We loved the balcony and the view over La Herradura. Laura and her husband were very communicative and gave us a great list of advice with places to eat / drink / go close to the apartment. Thanks so much for having us!!

Sehr schönes Objekt, mit fehlenden Deteils in der Beschreibungen

Es ist ein ein schönes Objekt und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit es noch mal zu Buchen ist bei uns sehr hoch. Es ist eine schöne Umgebung bei der ein Auto zu empfehlen ist. Einen kleinen negativen Punkt gibt es da aber leider noch. Auf der Webseite ist der Hinweis, dass Strom und WiFi extra kosten nicht zu erkennen da es am Ende ganz klein in Englisch steht. In der App, über die ich gebucht habe gibt es keinen Hinweis. Es geht nicht um dir Kosten denn diese sind nicht hoch, sondern nur um das Prinzip einer tranzperenten Bewerbung des Objektes. Martin und Kerstin aus Hannover

Nearly Perfect

The apartment is in a great location and the star is the terrace overlooking the ocean. There is everything needed for a couple to have a very pleasant stay and it is delightfully furnished, with one or two points that would maybe make it perfect. The kitchen is dated but well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The travel kettle in place of a normal one was strange as this took ages to boil and was awkward to fill. Maybe a real one would be good. The fridge is also dated and the compressor runs constantly. Not good for the environment. It has rusty shelves inside which I don't consider acceptable for a place to store my fresh food. We reported this to the agent but no comment was made about it. The dishwasher and washing machine are new and worked perfectly. The towels provided were also not what I would consider the best quality. The pool listed in the property details is not part of the development and is a separate business that is 250 metres from the property. So, whilst there is a pool you can use, it is not part of or next to the property and you have to pay to use it and access depends on the owners operating hours. I think this needs to be made clearer in the ad. Having said all of this we had a great holiday and the apartment is fabulous and represents good value for money.

Ein Ort zum Bleiben

Der Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Penthouse war absolut traumhaft. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man zum wohl fühlen braucht. Die Verwalterin Nathalie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub, und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!

The views, especially from the terrace, are to die for. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. It has all you need for a very pleasant vacation, including wifi for a small additional fee. The kitchen is dated but functional. Would certainly go back!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und fantastischem Blick

Wir waren jetzt das 6. Mal in La Herradura und hatten immer wunderschöne Häuser und Wohnungen aber in dieser Wohnung hatten wir zum 1. Mal das Gefühl "wir sind angekommen". Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, einzig und allein die Küchengeräte wie Ofen und Abzugshaube sind in die Jahre gekommen und haben in Verbindung mit der Heizung etwas Probleme bereitet was aber durch getrennte Benutzung sofort behoben werden konnte. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zum 1. Supermarkt, der übrigens hervorragende Brötchen hat. Die Terrasse hat für uns die perfekte Ausrichtung und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht. Die Betreuung durch Laura, der Inhaberin dieser Wohnung und Nathalie vom Office war wunderbar einfach und toll. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung zu 100% weiter. Alles Liebe Silvia und Ralf

Tolle Wohnung mit bester Sicht

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt. 15 Gehminuten vom Strand, Bars und Restaurants. Die 2 Zimmerwohnung ist sehr gut bestückt, es fehlte nichts. Es gibt sogar zwei Strandliegen . In La Herradura gibt es eine Markthalle wo es bis auf Sonntags immer frische Lebensmittel gibt. Schräg gegenüber an der Ecke ein toller Bäcker.

Appartement confortable offrant une superbe vue ,dans le calme perturbé de la résidence

Nous avons apprécié le confort de cet appartement malgré quelques problèmes: -lave linge en panne à notre 1ère tentative de mise en marche et finalement remplacé après notre séjour de 2 semaines en raison d'un manque de réactivité des personnes responsables(donc lavage à la main pendant 2 semaines) -entretien des espaces verts avec tondeuse et tronçonneuse et nettoyage des escaliers avec soufflante thermique et ce quelque fois avant 8h Appartement bien situé , à 20mn à pieds par la route de la plage la plus proche (à éviter la nuit car passages piétons non matérialisés et absence d'éclairage) C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter toute la région qui est très pittoresque: -toute la côte de Motril à Malaga avec de nombreuses criques et points de vue spectaculaires(nécessité de chaussures aquatiques pour les plages avec galets) -Grenade et les villages blancs des Alpujarras -Etc... Dans l'ensemble nous avons appréciés cette 1ère quinzaine de juillet dans cet appartement Nota:sans qu'on ne nous ai rien signalé à l'état des lieux nous avons eu aucune nouvelle de notre caution?

Almuñecar's area has the unique tropical microclimate in the whole European continent with mild summers and very worm winters and 340 sunny days per year.
