この豪華でユニークなプロパティは、数十年にわたって同じ家族に属し、2019年からレンタルできるようになりました！ この家は河口/沼地に直接位置し、素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 静かな脇道にあり、フットブリッジビーチまで歩いてすぐです。
歩いていくと、昔に戻ったような気分になります。 家は完璧に維持されており、すべての正しい方法で完全に堂々としており、長年そこに起こった愛と楽しみをほとんど感じることができる家の一つです。

この家は非常にユニークなセットアップがあります。メインハウスには3つのベッドルームがあり、そのうち1つはマスタースイートで、家の反対側はそよ風で区切られ、専用バスルーム付きのプライベート1ベッドルームです。

Perfect location for enjoying Footbridge Beach, the best in Maine, and for easy access to downtown Ogunquit activities. Very serene setting, with clear views of the Ogunquit River, with its herons and other water birds. Even spied an eagle nesting down the street!

Perfect location!

My family of 3 recently stayed here for a week. The location was superb, just a short walk to the beach (I’m 8 months pregnant so it really was a short walk)! We had plenty of space and were able to have friends and family join us a couple of days as well. Early morning walks on the water, close to so many restaurants, the most beautiful beach & the house had everything we needed. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Awesome location!

The property was as described. Wish I knew there was a beach cart, I wouldn’t have bought one. Plenty of chairs, beach umbrella, etc. older style kitchen with new wall oven. Great yard and glassed in dining porch. Had fun playing shuffleboard and whiffle ball. Older furniture. Some of the windows were not functioning, so one bedrooms had no cross ventilation since a fan was in the only operational window.

Ogunquit Beach vacation

The property location was perfect, and that is the main basis for the 4 stars. The property is cute and unique, but very dated. Which is not really a problem in a short term rental but we would like to note the following: the master bedroom bed is not very comfortable. The mattress really should be replaced. The furnishings in the master are white rattan but look dirty because of age the drawers and knobs are yellow and brown. Not really appealing to use, so we kept out clothing in our suitcase. Some window cranks are broken and the windows are difficult to open but work. The blinds thoughout the house are very old and look dirty and are hard to use.due to age. The lighting in the master bathroom was terrible, making the bathroom very dark and for people with vision issues, it was a challenge to navigate at times (even though it is small). The couches were also pretty uncomfortable and most of the house could use a good painting.On the positive side, the house was spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and the kitchen was very well equipped. The neighbours were super friendly and helpful, and the walk to the beach and trolley was less than 5 minutes. Sunrises from the back porch were spectacular. Not having AC was not an issue with nice breezes coming in off the water. The laundry set was perfect, and beach items are available. WE recommend because of spaciousness and absolute perfect location but if you want modern and bright, this would not be the place for you.

Very nice place. Very quick response to all questions.

The property is in a very central place for the area. The interior is very out dated. But is clean and spacious. The view from the porch is very nice with great sunrise views. Would rent again if we stay in the area again.

Great location, large property, excellent experience!

My family of 6 stayed at this property in August, my kids (19, 22, 24), and a girlfriend along with my husband and I. All of the bedrooms are very spacious! We easily could have had more people staying with us. There are three full bathrooms! The living room is large and there is a beautiful, large dining table on the screened porch where we ate and played games every night! The location cannot be beaten! It is steps to the beach! We spent every day there and could run home for lunch and head right back. So convenient. It is about 1.1 miles to the center of town, which we walked to and from without incident. We also brought bikes which were great. I recommend you bring paddle boards, kayaks, or just tubes to float down the river at high tide. Excellent fun just steps from the house. The property is older but very clean and exactly as advertised. We were initially dismayed to see that there was not a "smart" tv that could stream Netflix, but they thoughtfully provided the correct cable to connect our computer. This is one example of all of the thoughtful touches the managers offered to make our stay a great one. They have basic cable and the wifi was excellent. They provided laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, and the basic spices! There are beach chairs, boogie boards, folding tables if you need more room outside, beach toys, etc. Really well managed. We would definitely stay here again and not hesitate to stay with two families. There is tons of space!

Last Minute Rental

One week before our stay at another rental we were informed that the house was not longer available. This house in a wonderful neighborhood just steps from the footbridge was available and we grabbed it. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay! Skye was amazing answering all of our questions in a timely manner and she made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The house was clean and the large table on the porch made for a great gathering place for my family. The backyard with a view of the river and the footbridge was also a perfect gathering place. As a last minute rental we couldn't have been more pleased and would highly recommend this property and Skye!
