Excellent apartment . Had everything that we needed for our three week stay.Very large balcony with comfortable sun loungers and a barbecue.The hosts were brilliant ant issues that we had were dealt with immediately.We would definitely stay again

Great balcony.

We had a great stay, the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. We made great use of the loungers and BBQ. The only downside is the kitchen equipment. It is not in very good condition and really needs to be replaced. Karen and David were a very nice, helpful couple.

Nice home to stay!

The apartment was really nice with a big balcony and we enjoyed to stay there! Cold Water is rare but it’s because the water teas are on the rooftop.

Outstanding apartment

We stayed here for 11 nights in mid October. Apartment is very bright and airy with everything you could wish for. The outstanding feature for us was the massive balcony, it was a pleasure to sit outside either in a shady place around the corner or in the full sun lying on the comfortable sun beds. We had most meals in the evening sat at the dining table outside. The kitchen really has everything you need to prepare and cook any meal you fancy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and a lot of thought has gone into the furnishings and fittings throughout. Bed was comfy and shower spot on. The apartment is situated in a quiet cul de sac away from the main road. A ten minute walk to some lovely beaches and fifteen minutes to a good selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes on Kennedy Avenue. Karen and Dave were wonderful hosts and after showing us round apartment and explaining how everything works, left us alone to enjoy our holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to their lovely place and surrounding area. Thanks again Karen and Dave.

the apartment was comfortable homely and safe, it has air con a must in the heat, safe parking, lovely property manager on hand for any quires in Cyprus. all basic kitchen equipment as we cooked a lot at home, shops only 5 or ten mins both a lovely corner shop and large super markets that sell everything you would need. once a week they have bedding and towels changed by cleaners but a good washing machine available for all your families needs. the cot and high chair where such a relief for us traveling one less stress and the owners where contactable and excellent at communication and answering question. we have booked for another holiday in 2020 , we very much look forward to going back, we found Ayya Napa beaches to be amazing and fig tree bay only 10 by car to be spectacular and one of the worlds best beaches. food and restaurants where very well priced. we went early march and unfortunately many places were closed for out of season but super markets were all open and pool we did not use as again it was cool and off season but we enjoyed the beach and are going back in may to enjoy the pools this trip. there is a lovely home bakery round the corner and we found having a car helped to visit the island. we had a smashing time and feel if you go you will return as there is clear care taken over the property and effort to make it a home from home for everyone.

Our Cyprus Apartment.

Stayed here for the 2nd time recently. Absolutely beautiful apartment. Very spacious balcony and apartment. Very clean and has every appliance you will need. Close to all the pubs and shops but just far enough to blank out any noise. Loads of small but beautiful secluded beaches nearby. Although it doesn’t have its own pool, there are a couple around the corner which allow you to use them if you purchase a drink or food. I would personally recommend the Amore hotel or the lazy lemon which is located within Captain Karas apartments. Just a 10 minute car journey into Protaras where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. Another personal favourite is Rives Bar, which hosts tribute acts every night followed by disco/karaoke. Cheers bar in Protaras serve delicious food with very low prices ( especially their English breakfast) overall I would rate this apartment as excellent. Brilliant for families also. Would definitely recommend!

Another brilliant stay

They say you get what you pay for well that’s not the case with this apartment. This was my second stay with Karen and were booked again for July. I personally love Cyprus and this apartment and so do my kids aged 12 and 14 The area is perfect for families with young kids as its quite but only 5 minutes from Protaras and 10 minutes from Ayia Napa both have excellent beaches but there is also a nice beach 10 min walk away. Lidl and Sports direct are 5 Minutes by car and so is Metro, so shopping is not an issue. Karen and her property manager Chris are really good if you have any issues with the Apartment. The apartment doesn’t have its own pool but 3 are available locally all have bars and do food I can personally recommend the Amore and the Lazy lemon for their pool and food. There are plenty of places to eat out a night a short walk away Faliros is my favourite and their Lamb kleftiko is a must try which I have made at home since my return as the chef gave me the recipe.

Great apartment

This is a lovely apartment, plenty of room and well maintained. The best feature is the huge balcony which is well furnished and includes a bbq. We loved staying here and used it as our base to explore the area. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops, beaches. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Apartment, great value for money

The property is well furnished with everything you would need, decorated to a high standard and very comfortable the additional touch this time of the fairy lights on the balcony made it so pretty at night-time and having a smart TV was great so that I could put a movie on for my child to watch Netflix in the evening, the location is excellent just around the corner from the beach and the main Kapparis road with restaurants bars pubs and convenience stores whilst only being a stones throw from the action of Protaras and Aiya Napa and the convenience of Paralimni just up the road, we found loads of things to do in the local area and visited the a more hotel apartments for use of the pool which was clean and convenient with a good menu and reasonably priced drinks and a family friendly environment where my child could play freely, I have stayed in Karen and Davids apartment before and I would stay again, in fact between me and my partner we are booked to come out again twice before the end of 2018... highly recommended!!

Spacious apartment with everything you need

This is our 2nd stay at this fabulous apartment. It is a spacious modern apartment with a huge balcony. There is aircon throughout, a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. It is approx a 5 to 10 minute walk to the local strip that has several restaurants, bars and a best value supermarket. The owners are lovely, great communication and nothing is too much trouble. We hire a car from the airport as we like to explore the area and further, there are local buses but we not tried them. There isn't a pool but you can use the one at the Amore Hotel which is on the strip 5 minutes away.

Cyprus Family Holiday

Not long returned from a two week holiday in Cyprus. The apartment was in a great location with a nearby beach and restaurants. It was more of a family area, not too much nightlife and noise but plenty in neighbouring towns. There were several pools available to use at nearby hotels but the Amore Hotel was by far the best with the most pleasant staff and reasonable priced snacks and drinks. The apartment has all that you need for a pleasant stay, it was nice and clean and has essential air conditioning throughout. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the huge terrace and had a couple of BBQ nights rather than going out every night. We had young lads with us who enjoyed Aiya Napa night life and Nissi beach and I quite enjoyed Panera town with a range of restaurants, shops and bars. If you like to walk, then you can get to most of the amenities that way, such as the beach, pools and the fabulous bakeries nearby. However, If you have very young children or don't like to walk around then it would be advisable to hire a car for your stay, although there are local buses and taxis that we utilsed to venture out of town. Overall I would definitely return to this apartment and certainly recommend to family and friends. More importantly the communication that I have received from the point of booking, during my holiday and upon my return has been excellent. I have felt totally at ease and have found the owners to be 100% trustworthy.

Family of 5 had an amazing holiday Thank you Karen and Dave for allowing us to use your Holiday home. The Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. The balcony gets sun from morning to sunset and the sun sets are amazing. Chris meet us at the apartment showed us how to use the safe and gave us a tour. Karen arranged the transfers for us gave me details of car hire places that didn’t require a credit card which I used on arrival and answered all my questions before we left and after. The only down side I can think of was the sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable other than that the apartment was perfect. Kapparis has a lot of British expats and Cypriots a like the area is clean family friendly and quiet. I loved the apartment and area so much I have already booked again for next year. Lovely holiday apartment for family holiday

Nice apartment with everything you need for your stay. Clean and well equipped. The balcony I'd beautiful and in warmer months it must be amazing in the evening time eating under the stars. There are two 24 hr bakeries within a short drive up the road which is very useful if you arrive at an awkward time of the night. You can get tea/coffee milk cakes and other essentials and even a full dinner before 8pm.

Fantastic value apartment

Arrived after dark apartment was lovely and clean with all the facilities described and extras that exceeded my expectations. The balcony is lovely with sun and shade and a light breeze each evening so we lay out on the sunbeds having the odd tipple.We had originally thought to cook but eating out was not expensive so the BBQ or cooker did not get used just the toaster. Electricity and water are expensive in Cyprus so the owner has taken reasonable steps to save on costs for all concerned and fitted timers for the air con. It only takes a couple of days to get accustomed to the heat so we were able to put the air con on for up to a couple of hours after getting back from the beach and before bed. I would recommend closing the external shutters as these prevent heat build up and ensure the a/c is used conservatively. Water is from header tanks on the roof which is normal in Cyprus so no power showers and a lot less pressure than at home but it is quite adequate and certainly get's the job done. It has a lovely smart tv and digital smart tv box which allow you to stream music and video from the internet. It is about 15-20 min walk to Kapparis if you are non agile like me and there are sufficient shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants to use without the crowds. Beaches are very nice but get there early to bag a bed. This area is reasonably priced and the local roads including the motorway are very easily driven. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again

Amazing holiday

fantastic apartment

great apartment. everything you could possibly need is there. large balcony with bbq. pool usualy empty like having your own. great quiet area. 10 mins walk to all the local bars and restaurants. will definately be back. thank you karen and david

An amazing and recommended stay

My stay at the property was an incredibly pleasant one. The property was in impeccable condition when I arrived. The location was ideal, near to a variety of different restaurants for people of all palletes as well as a beautiful beach and a supermarket which made it convenient when picking up small bits and pieces. There was a small problem with the WiFi which was swiftly dealt with but apart from that everything was in perfect order. The view from the property reflected my stay: simply amazing and I will definitely be visiting again, additionally I would recommend anyone to stay at the property if they were thinking about visiting Cyprus.

Amazing big apartment with everything needed!

We had a lovely stay and it was our first holiday abroad with our 1yr old,everything we needed was here inc cot and high hair making things so much easier,the balcony is spacious and always has the sun which is lovely! Apartment is very clean and well equipped :) we throughly recommend staying here and to hire a car if possible like we did to see everything within easy reach,we loved the pool and so did out son! No one was even around the pool for our while stay so we had it all to our selves! :) thankyou for a lovely stay!

brilliant

The property was Excellent and I would reccomend to it as a lovely place to stay in Kapparis..I went out of season ,so it was quiet , but you are within walking distance to supermarkets and the lovely beaches...Everything was clean and it had all you would need for an enjoyable stay..I was in touch with Karen ,after she enquired if all was ok , and she was only an Email away...There is also a local manager on hand if you have any problems...Highly enjoyable and excellent stay.
