プロタラスのカパリ地区にある高級リゾートの1ベッドルームアパートメント。カパリの3つの魅力的なビーチから徒歩5〜10分。 多くのレストラン、パブ、スーパーマーケット、子供の遊び場、バス停、薬局があるカパリのメインアベニューからわずか200メートル。 ベッドルームには、大きなダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台があり、大人2名と子供1名が宿泊できます。 リビングルームにはソファが2つあり、別の2人用に簡単に2つのベッドに変えることができます。ベビーコッドベッドとベビーハイチェアを提供できます。

My wife and I stayed at Demetris wonderful apartment for 28 days. Wonderful position just off the strip in Kapparis and near some beautiful little bays. Not overlooked and very quiet. My wife is disabled but apartment on first floor with a good sized lift and parking near by not a problem. Big question would we stay there again 100%. Thank you Demetris.

It was lovely vacation, apartment is situated in a very good area, very nice and clean with all the facilities, good quality of wifi, walking distance to the beaches, swimming pool also available in the complex and everything we needed was near, the owner is very friendly and helpful, an awesome host, even allowed us a late check-out. Thanks a lot!

We rested in Cyprus at Demetri's apartment from 10 to 23 of May. We were very pleased!!! In Cyprus fell in love !!! Beautiful, kind, helpful people !!! Demetri's Apartment is beyond praise !!! Everything is very clean, nice, nice! Has everything you need - washing machine, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, blender, toaster, iron, TV, dishes, shampoo in the bathroom (for special children), body wash, liquid soap ... The location is very good - 10 minutes from the sea by foot, Metro stores, discount, butcher's shop within walking distance. Demetris is an ideal Land Lord . it is clear that he loves children (toys of good quality are present in the apartment), there is a full bed and a baby bed, playpen for a baby. Excellent huge bed for two !!! In the hall are two comfortable sofas. All that is in the photo, everything is present in the apartment. A great bonus for us was the WI FI. We arrived at night Kapparis, but thanks to a very good description of the location of the apartment Demetris easily found it. Demetris has been constantly in touch, was interested in whether there is a problem if assistance is needed. And what a delicious Cake he brought us !!! Demetris, thank you very much for the holidays !!! Definitely and with pleasure I can recommend apartment to their friends !!!

It was relaxing time

The newly built apartment in the three (two) floor building is located in the resort named the Mythical Sands, which is not far, just 10-15 minutes walk, to the three nice beaches - Malama, Firemen and a little and amazing one stored between two. The apartment has all facilities for having a good rest and cooking if you intend to do that. The bed is comfy, sofas are relaxing, a dinner table is rather big. Many toys can be found, good for families with kids. The space for two person is wonderful and good located nearby to cafes, taverns, restaurants and supermarkets. A balcony is a nice place for having a breakfast or super in a calm atmosphere, our time was very quiet, no noise. Demetris will provide you with detailed and important information on the area and give recommendations. The public transport is not intensive, need to know a schedule, best solution is to have a car. If you need a taxi for reasonable price for getting from/to airports call Paralimni taxi service +35723826061.

Absolutely amazing!!!

We spent a wonderful time in this apartment from 1.07 to 08.07. Demetris is a great host. Before our trip he provided us all the information about our destination, the nearest Cafes, restaurants, entertainments, etc. The apartment is excellent - very light, modern, cozy and clean. There was everything we needed for life and even more- starting from tea and coffee and ending with children's toys. Our daughter was especially happy to find the Dollhouse for Barbie there))) The apartment is well located - close to the beaches, many shops, a small supermarket, and cafes Demetris was in touch all the time and helped we needed.We appreciated his care and attention. I highly recommend Demetris and his apartment to everyone.

vey friendly and lovely staying

We stayed here as a family of 4 (20-30 of June).The apartment was excelent with great facilities and close to all local amenities,bars.cafes and restaurants as well as shops and tourists attractions.Perfect for young kids and families.Highly recommended and the land lord was fantastic.
