Special little place

Such a great little place! The owners thought of everything, even had sand toys, beach chairs/towels, and a umbrella. The unit to was so clean and the master mattress was amazing with good sheets. A fantastic little gem right on the beach.

Perfect location

This is a very nice condo in a complex we stay at all the time. Very nicely decorated with everything we needed comfortable bed and great furniture on deck. Would absolutely stay here again when in the area.

This is our Happy Place!

This is our 3rd year at Tropic Isles and by far the best! We love the view of the Gulf of America, watching the dolphins, and the warm Sandy beach! We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Highly recommend!

What a great place and such a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants! Host is very responsive and the condo was very clean and had all the accommodations needed for a week getaway at the beach. I would highly recommend and look forward to our next trip.

Clean and convenient

Pros- beautiful condo, very clean (and I'm ocd about cleanliness), great location, second floor makes it easy to take stairs, great communication with owner, has everything one would need for stay and fun at the beach Cons- right above pool so be prepared for kid noise (didn't bother us, but just for one to note), needs new pillows for bed (they're very flat), water in shower is opposite than normal. Unfortunately the AC broke with two days remaining and couldn't be repaired. Chuck promptly called repairman and stayed in contact (I realize that was all he could do, things happen). Overall the stay was great and I would stay at the unit again after the air is fixed.

Excellent places overall

We really loved the whole experience in this condo. No complaints. On second floor, beautiful view and loved having a designated parking spot right under the garage. Will definitely stay here again.

Family fun

Perfect beach condo

Amazing views of the beach from the spacious deck. Patio furniture awesome! Pool area very nice also lots of lounge chairs to suntan! Condo was spacious as described. We loved it and hope to come again.

Wonderful Stay!!!

The unit was very well cleaned and appropriately equipped for the stay. I appreciated the open lines of communication and help with the host. The unit is located on the beach and easily accessible from the main road. Will be a repeat renter. Highly recommend this property.

Simply Everything

Communication with property owner was prompt, courteous, professional, and direct. The property is truly a jewel on the beach as its away from major traffic, yet close enough to everything you forgot to bring. The building is not a filing cabinet for tourists, but rather a fun, relaxed, convenient place that we are anxious to book again.

Beach Fantastic

I have never had such quick and easy communication with owners before. Before and during I may have waited 5 minutes or less for a response. The condo was beautiful, clean, and as represented in the pictures. This condo is easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The beach is less crowded as well, smaller condos all around. I will definitely rent this condo again.

We didn't end up staying here due to the current construction making repairs from hurricane damage. We booked because price was very reasonable and in a perfect location within walking distance to many of the restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the Expedia listing we booked from didn't detail the ongoing construction and we were surprised to learn of it just a few weeks before our trip. Chuck was incredibly understanding of the mix up and provided us with a full refund so we could book another place. So while I can't speak for the condo itself, I would certainly book here on our next trip based on my experience with the owners.

Wonderful getaway

Amazing view. Smaller, less crowded complex. Beach service was great. Beach, pool, patio, repeat! Owners were very accommodating, helpful with questions, and quickly responsive. Unit was very clean. Would love to return for sure.

When we found this property , we were staying in a unit a few days , we looked at a lot of property's, then we realized, that this is the place for us, it is a small complex , so not as crowded as other places on the beach,easy access to beach with our new walkway, great location , heated pool , three grills for cooking , just a perfect place for family, or friends to enjoy the beach
