Lovely Home

The house accommodated our group of 4 perfectly. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was an added bonus. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, perfect for walking in the mornings.

Smokies Vacation

We loved the house and how the layout flowed. The guys loved playing pool upstairs and we loved being able to all sit together at the big table to eat. We could easily log into the smart TV to watch some great movies and the hot tub was amazing! It was so clean provided all we needed!

We had a great stay, and the view was nice. House had everything we needed, quiet, great area. Pool table and hot tub were a nice addition.

Birthday trip

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful house and views of the mountains were great. The house was clean, the bed we slept in was wonderful. We will try this place first to book a house when we go back to the mountains. I highly recommend this house we stayed in.

Nice property

This home had everything we needed for our stay. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms and large beds in each room. The pool table got a lot of use and the kitchen was able to meet our needs as well. Nice quiet area, but not too far from downtown and the National Park.

Great property just wish it had a fite pit, another bed and the smoke alarms woke the whole house at 3 am otherwise enjoyed it

Great house! Could use some upgrades.

The location of the home was great! There were a few bugs in the home when we checked in but it’s in the mountains and not a big deal. Some had been dead for some time though.

Mini Spring Break

We had a good time in Gatlinburg. The house was nice and enjoyable. It was clean and had views of the mountains . The area was. It had plenty of room and everyone had their space and bathrooms. Everything was closed by and you can catch the trolley at the bottom of the drive down. Overall, great house, great location.

Beautiful mountaintop cabin!

This cabin exceeded our expectations. First, it’s at the top of a mountain, so the views are amazing. Be prepared for very steep roads! My teenage daughters loved having their own rooms with comfortable king beds and separate bathrooms. The pool table was a fun bonus! The location is private and quiet but still close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Christmas

Great location and close to all the tourist activities in the area! The house is at the top of the hill and has great views. The hot tub, pool table and front porch are very nice! We had 9 in our party and the house is listed as sleeps 10. Its really cozy and I would say 6-8 is a better capacity. I think the loft area could be used to add a couple beds to accommodate more sleeping options. We had to use the couch and love seat for sleeping arrangements. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the property. I would recommend this property in the future.

House as described.

Property is as listed. Each bedroom has a master bath. The house was clean and no deal breakers but could use some upgrades on ammenities. The house could use some better quality and larger bath towels. It would also be nice if towels were provided for the hot tub as well as staple kitchen items likes salt, pepper, and sugar.

Poor Experience

Nice property. Beautiful views. The owner was horrible. They did not communicate how to access the property until the day before arrival (led to much confusion). Also they charged us an extra $175 to fix some paint that may or may not have gotten scuffed during our stay (I believe the paint damage was cumulative from several guests and not fully our responsibility)

Breathtaking views

We brought our teenage daughters and 2 friends ages 15,16, 18 &18. It’s our oldest senior year of high school. Wonderful place to stay, beds were comfy. We also brought our chihuahua. Kitchen had most gadgets and pans necessary to cook. Bring your stash of spices, flour, sugar etc. it is also equipped with a keurig and a regular drip coffee pot. Sabrina was very responsive and helpful. Even after we left and were almost home (8hrs)we realized my daughter left her letterman jacket in the closet. Sabrina has sent the jacket to us. Overall great stay. You are seriously on top of a mountain. Beautiful views and the house was welcoming.

My best friend and I loved our weekend getaway celebrating our 40th birthdays! We woke up to a beautiful light snow! Home is perfect and has everything we needed. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud!

Good house. Beware that the road to the house is super narrow and windy. Typical mountain road. Make sure you get gas before you go up the mountain into Gatlinburg. Pretty cool area! It was decorated for Halloween and you can see a lot of the mountain towards Gatlinburg parkway. It’s in an area that burned down during the big fire a few years ago.

Amazing Family Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. Everything was as clean, neat, and pretty as pictured. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with great views. We even spotted a mother bear along with her cubs multiple times walking through the property which was both a scary and fascinating experience that created some funny memories. Would definitely rent again!
