Views were amazing. The place honestly blew us away. Ed is a fantastic host and even went above and beyond to get flowers and wine to have them waiting for us when we arrived. Would one thousand percent book this property again. Highly recommend!

Ed and Joy's Sedona Cottage was fantastic! It was clean, cozy, private and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town that you could pop in and out with ease, but you still felt tucked away and had plenty of quiet. The hosts were friendly and avilable if you needed them but gave you your space if you didn't. It truly was a lovely stay!

The cottage was clean and brand new, set in a rural residential neighborhood with great views of nearby rocks and mountains. Everything was in order and worked well, with good instructions. Highly recommend for a stay in Sedona.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin in Sedona! It had such a warm, inviting feel and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The two outdoor seating areas were perfect—one for sipping morning coffee with the views and another for relaxing in the evening under the stars. The cabin had all the little touches that made it feel like home, while still being a peaceful retreat in nature. Truly such a cool and charming spot—we’ll definitely be back!

Cottage with a View

This cottage is perched up on a hill with beautiful views. A great place to come back to after a day of hiking. The cottage was very well appointed and the owner gave us a warm welcome. If we return to the area we will try to stay here. Thanks Ed!

Perfect cottage

We loved our two days here. This cottage was clean and comfy. Great location for all Sedona has to offer. We enjoyed our scenic morning hikes and afternoons exploring the town. Excellent communication by cottage owner.

Great cabin in beautiful Sedona

Had a great stay in this small cabin - perfect size for 2 of us. Views of the red rocks and proximity to Sedona areas was great. Highly recommended!

Sedona tranquility

This casita was exactly as described! It had all the amenities! quiet and peace needed. The two sitting areas afforded lovely views of the scenery and sky. Ed greeted us and was available for communication during our stay. Music and chocolates were awaiting our arrival. Trail guides and a pass helped us navigate our stay. Would return in a heartbeat and would highly recommend! Awesome host!

Amazing views!

Seeing the sunrise from the house or patio was amazing! The lack of light pollution gave us stunning stars at night! Loved the trees all around the house. The house itself is adorable! It was plenty spacious for us. Cozy & clean. We would stay again for sure!

This was everything we needed to hike in Sedona. The owners packed everything into this property. Very comfortable bed, fantastic shower. A very quiet and convenient location. Already planning for next year.

Clean great location

This home was in a great location. It was very nice and clean. It had all the amenities needed. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. My preference would have been a king size bed a bit more comfortable for those that may be looking for that. Overall great experience.

Perfect Cottage Getaway for Two

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful little cottage with great views situated in a quiet West Sedona neighborhood. Very private but located close to amenities and attractions; a great launch point for adventures at the Vortexes, Grand Canyon, Jerome, etc. The hosts were kind and attentive. Couldn't think of a better place for an elopement and mini-honeymoon!
