Eric and his wife were very communicative and welcoming. They met us at the property to make sure we were comfortable and show us around the apartment. The also met us promptly for check out. The apartment was excellently located, less than 200m from The Balme and Fernuy gondola lifts which made skiing very comfortable! The bus also stopped here making it super easy to get into the village. The place was very well equipped, with everything we could possibly need including a raclette machine!! The outdoor space was just superb and meant we could enjoy our own aprés on the terrace watching the sunset over the mountains.We stayed with our dog and there were some great walking routes nearby which meant we could easily walk to the lake (Les Confin) where there are some amazing restaurants. Cannot recommend this place more, and will definitely be returning!

Logement très agréable et bien placé

Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement au pieds des télécabines et très calme à partir de la fin de journée. Appartement propre et bien agencé, parfait en famille.

Gite avec grande terrasse et belle vue

Gite bien agencé pour 2 personnes, avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Décoration savoyarde cosy. Parking en sous-sol et plein de places devant le chalet en été.

Vacances hiver noel 2022

L’appartement est idéalement situé au pied des pistes sur le secteur de Balme. Apparemment tres propre, tres bien agencé. Salle de douche et WC neuf ! Les propriétaires ont eu le soins de nous apporter quelques décorations pour les fetes de noel. La terasse est grande et nous donne envie de revenir cet été pour en profiter pleinement ! L’un des meilleurs apparemment que nous ayons eu jusque là. Je recommande vivement !

Chaleureux, calme, vue, balades aux pieds, grande terrasse. Super semaine

Appartement conforme à l’annonce, très chaleureux on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Une grande terrasse pour profiter de la vue et passe des moments de farniente. Balades aux pieds de l’appartement. Très calme, tout y est pour passer de superbes vacances. Grande terrasse fermée ce qui est idéal avec nos 2 chiennes. Je recommande sans problème Merci pour cette belle semaine

Superbe appartement

L’appartement est magnifique, au calme, très propre et aux pieds des pistes. Seul petits bémols il n’y a pas de wifi et la connexion 4g est difficile et il est situé à 10 minutes environ en voiture des commerces.

Une très belle prestation

Nous revenons ravis de notre semaine chez Eric. L'appartement est très confortable et décoré dans le style montagnard avec beaucoup de goût. la situation du quartier de La Balme permet d'être à la fois, prêt des remontés de ski alpin et du stade de ski de fond. Nous reviendrons

Séjour agréable à La Cluzaz

Situé à 100 m du départ des télécabines de La BALME, appartement propre, confortable, très bien équipé. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux des propriétaires. Avons passé un très bon séjour.
