My family and I have stayed there 3 times and it is perfect and plenty of space to enjoy. The views were awesome and it is close to the parkway. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Tennessee.

Extremely impressed with the accommodations and the customer service! It snowed while we were there and during our checkout time and they graciously allowed us to either stay or leave when we felt comfortable. We never felt pressured to get out on normal schedule. The cabin was warm and beautifully decorated and had just enough to keep us busy while snowed in. I have it saved so we can visit again!

Communication was very good with the property management. The cabin seemed a bit older with some need of some minor repairs. Because the property is on well water the toilets, sinks and hot tub all had staining from mineral deposits which gives the appearance of being not as clean as it could be. Growing up with well water i know that is a problem but can be addressed with a regular deep cleaning which I think can be tough with tight turn around. The biggest annoyance for me was the lack of ample lighting. Despite the large windows the lighting in the property was very dim decorative incandescent bulbs. The kitchen had only 3 small overhead track lights which made it difficult to see to cook/clean. A couple of the ceiling fans were very wobbly and we were afraid to use. The location was good and close to pigeon forge without being right in the middle of everything. We brought our little dogs and they had fun going up and down all three levels of the property. My teens enjoyed the game room, but bring your own board games bc they really didn't have anything there but some puzzles and a tic tac toe board. Overall it was good despite some minor issues. It was clean even if it didn't exactly feel clean due to the lighting and well water.

Quick getaway to check out the Smokies. The cabin is in a great location. It felt out of the way and quiet, yet you are very close to everything you need. It was a clean and comfortable stay.

Great cabin

Love the location not too far out but far enough to get away from everything. The showers do need a light in the they were a little dark. Loved the pool table, and the porch areas.

AMAZING cabin....mountain serenity

The cabin definitely lived up to it's peaceful name! The location was only a few minutes to the parkway and was close to the stores, restaurants and attractions. I will stay here again the next time I visit. We had a great time and enjoyed the cabin and view.

Restful cabin near town

Pros: The cabin is very comfortable and in a great location for bird watching. It was quiet but near town. My kids loved the foozball table. Areas for improvement: There were some bugs and it would have been nice to have bar soap, coffee, oil, sugar, etc in the kitchen.
