Great location for those who dig the music side of NOLA. We went out as a group of friends enjoying the parades of locals Mardi Gras and strollin' over to pubs and music spots off of Frenchman and Bourbon. The host was great, the owner was responsive, and the amenities hit the spot.

Our stay was amazing and over the top. Clean and perfect. The pictures do not do justice to the house. History captured in decor and architecture. Some of our guests cried as they FaceTimed their family. Our host quickly answered questions. Perfect welcome information pack, it covered everything we needed. A plus was the local house managers who were available to answer questions or help. We especially appreciated being able to add in the early check in. It was like having another day. Even though our weather was over cast and rainy. We used the pool often, great for relief from walking all over. The Ruby Slipper is just down the street, half a block from the house. Loved the food. The location of the house was close to almost everything by walking, but we did hire bike drivers and Ubers at times. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. 🥰

Quiet family gathering for the holiday. Short walk or Uber to everything. Food, jazz, shopping. Even stop by the zoo!

Perfect Location!!

Just far enough away from the noise and traffic of French Quarter. But still close enough to walk to all the hot spots and delicious restaurants in the Quarter and Frenchmen Street. House was perfect!

Marigny Villa ..a visit with the historic psst with the comforts of the present

Comfortable and Quaint

We had a lovely seamless stay. The house is well stocked and appointed in a quiet neighborhood that is also easily walkable. The host is responsive and accessible and made our stay personalized. Thank you for helping us enjoy our family while in town for a wedding!

Beautiful

Absolutely gorgeous old historical house in the heart of New Orleans. There arevlovely shops of every kind on nearly every surrounding corner. Very close to every major attraction. Check in process was simple, and we emjoyed every secind of our trio. My small children had a blast and we had an easy time getting around.

Perfect location and amenities

The location was perfect for visiting Frenchman Street and the French Quarter. Area felt very safe. The pool was amazing! Although neighbors are close, it felt very private. Just what we needed. Unique accommodations….historical with all modern conveniences. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

This property is incredible! I had the most relaxing wonderful birthday stay. Joshua the host and the property manager Teresina were accommodating and VERY responsive. The location is PERFECT. There is a Ruby Slipper about 250 feet away! If you know, you know - the Ruby Slipper is what you want for breakfast. We also had a lovely neighborhood cat named Gumbo who would hang out on the front porch with us. Sitting on the porch swing with a glass of wine enjoying a good downpour, chatting with my family was absolute bliss. I WILL be returning!!

Beautiful House

Definitely made the right choice staying here. It was big enough for our group. The house is beautiful and had the New Orleans charm. Location was great. Walking distance to Bourbon street, the French Market and many restaurants. The heated pool was a plus. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

Again an incredible time had by all! The home is great! Comfortable, clean and close to French Quarter. But not too close! So nice and quite at night easy to sleep. Managers are great to work with too! Our second time staying here.

Absolutely Marvelous

Though the pictures are beautiful, they did not do this beautiful home justice. It is stunningly decorated and well loved. The hosts were hospitable and patient with our large party, and the property manager was helpful and a total vibe. We are so happy we came!

Perfect New Orleans home

Our group of 8 absolutely loved this house and its location. We walked everywhere; the proximity is perfect (quiet area, lovely walks to and from the French Quarter). The house was immaculate. The property manager, John, was very responsive. Really have no suggestions on how to have made this a better place to stay.

Perfect for Family and range of ages

Elderly grandparents and kids 2, 4, 6, and 8. Perfect pool for heat wave, kids could have stayed there entire time! Quiet neighborhood, but convenient walk to all the hot spots after kids’ bedtime. Even better in person, thank you!

Charming historic home in a great location

We rented this home for the "grown-ups" for our daughter's 21st birthday trip. It was meant to be the quiet place for the adults to escape to. This house was perfect for that! The house is full of old southern charm in a quiet neighborhood but still walkable to everything. A block and a half to Frenchman, a couple blocks from Bourbon Street. So happy we found this place.
