Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. Being in the middle of Avon, this was the perfect location for us to travel to and from Eagle, Minturn, and Leadville. Very clean and well stocked.

Great Location! All the little things included. Very nice!

Great Location Avon condo

We stayed for 3 nights on our way from Denver to Moab. This condo was just right for our purposes -- centrally located and walkable to stores, restaurants, rec center, bike path, etc. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The only negative was the limited space to store your cloths.

Perfect for our family of 4

Enjoyed our stay. We cooked breakfast daily and had everything we needed. Location is across the street from the gondola and very convenient. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location!

Property is right next to Avon Station and a short walk to the gondola. So you can take the bus or Gondola to Beaver Creek. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location and had everything we needed!

Excellent location, just a short walk to gondola. Having locker for gear was very nice, and the parking garage was very easy to get in and out of. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook lunches and some dinners in. There was construction going on in the unit below which served as an early alarm clock, but that helped us get on the slopes early each day! Master bed is a Murphy bed so wasn’t the most comfortable but did the job. Overall an excellent stay!

The location and accessibility to everything is wonderful. The property is surprisingly big with a great kitchen that was well stocked and well equipped.

Great location

Short walk from the ski locker to the gondola, very convenient. Beautiful condo and very well stocked kitchen for meal prep. Would definitely stay again.

Immaculately clean, well proportioned condo in easy walk of the riverfront gondola. Lovely well appointed kitchen with full oven and 4 ring stovestope, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. We found the Murphy bed a little soft for us but that is our personal preference. The owners left lots of helpfull guidance and a large welcome hamper of snacks and hot chocolate. City Market and Dokinos pizza are about a 12 minute walk and there are other eatrries closer. We think it'sca great place to stay and have slready re-booked for next year.

Best location, best hosts!

We loved staying here. It was right next to the mountain, the hosts were amazing, and great at communicating. The space was so clean, nice, and comfortable. We were only able to stay one night, next time I will book longer. We loved it!

Great choice

Never used VRBO and was a bit skeptical on the process, but I was very pleased and overall satisfied with my stay. The condo was clean and the hosts did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed.

Great condo/great location

We had a very pleasant time at this location. I had a random question when we got there and was able to immediately speak with the host on the phone! Ski shuttle is very conveniently located directly outside!!

Beaver Creek Getaway

We had a great time! We spent the week skiing Beaver Creek, chilling and watching movies and just enjoying Colorado! The shuttle all around Avon and the gondola access so close by made our trip extra special. Comfortable, convenient, and just what we were looking for! Thanks for hosting us!

Great place!

We only stayed one night but this place was on point! The place was very clean and I love what they did with the decor. The location makes walking to shops quick and easy. Doug and Angie were extremely responsive to all questions. An overall great experience!

Warm, clean, well equipped, great location!

Loved being able to walk to great restaurants and the gondola for ski access . The condo was very comfortable, with nice attention to detail (games! Videos! Snacks!) and so great to have easy parking. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Many of those memories for us have been right here in the Vail Valley - one of our favorite places to have fun, relax and enjoy some of the best mountain beauty that Colorado has to offer!

Avon is lined with scenic paths and walkways starting right out the back door, leading to just about anything you'd want to do during your visit including the Nottingham Park, lake and beach. During the winter, your favorite walk may be to the 700-foot jaunt to the Beaver Creek Resort gondola. If you prefer a free ride to just about anywhere in the town of Avon or to ice skating in Beaver Creek Village, the transit center is located right out the front door. Keep your car parked dry and safe during your stay in the free underground parking and park all day on your check-in and check-out days to maximize your trip! During the summer, Nottingham Park Lake/Beach is just a .4 mile walk with boat and paddle board rentals. We have beach chairs, tubes, and towels for you to use at the condo!
