The property was exactly as describe. Clean, close to Avon's many activities, and comfortable in amenities. The one process that could be clearer is the parking process if you arrive in afterhours. It seems the entire town of Avon doesn't want you to park overnight anywhere, and having a process to park somehwere if you arrive a bit later would be nice.

Thank you so much for the kind review, Phillip! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate the note about after-hours parking. Free, secure overnight parking is available on-site, and we provide detailed instructions in advance, though we know they can feel lengthy after a long travel day. Your feedback is helpful, and we’ll continue looking for ways to make the process even clearer. Thanks again—we’d love to host you again!

オーナーのプロフィール画像
We have been married 30 years and have discovered that part of having a great marriage is creating great memories together. Many of those memories for us have been right here in the Vail Valley - one of our favorite places to have fun, relax and enjoy some of the best mountain beauty that Colorado has to offer!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Avon is lined with scenic paths and walkways starting right out the back door, leading to just about anything you'd want to do during your visit including the Nottingham Park, lake and beach. During the winter, your favorite walk may be to the 700-foot jaunt to the Beaver Creek Resort gondola. If you prefer a free ride to just about anywhere in the town of Avon or to ice skating in Beaver Creek Village, the transit center is located right out the front door. Keep your car parked dry and safe during your stay in the free underground parking and park all day on your check-in and check-out days to maximize your trip! During the summer, Nottingham Park Lake/Beach is just a .4 mile walk with boat and paddle board rentals. We have beach chairs, tubes, and towels for you to use at the condo!

この宿泊施設の特徴

One of the best things about Avon is that it is much more affordable than other places in the valley but without giving up amazing views and a 700-foot walk to a gondola to one of Colorado's premier ski resorts, Beaver Creek.
