Excellent Downtown Stay in Reno!

This is a very nice studio in an excellent downtown location for my two month stay in Reno. The unit is thoughtfully provisioned with everything you would need and the owner, Annie, is nearby and available for any assistance you might need. Building is secure with entry attendant personnel and great secure garage parking very close to the condo unit. Would absolutely stay again on next trip to Reno!

Great place to stay

The only thing better than the space was the host; Annie was even kind enough to pick me up at the airport! She gave me a great tour of the building and went over her check -in/out binder to make sure I had the wifi and knew how to use the remotes, where to find linens, etc. It helped me to feel settled in, which was great because I was exhausted! It's a quiet building, and someone was always at the front desk if I had any questions. Annie got in touch to check in regularly and made sure I was aware of dates for say, window washing or when the laundry room was being updated. There's nothing not to like here! I was very comfortable during my stay, and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Annie again if I ever make my way back to Reno.

My stay was comfortable with all the amenities I needed. Anne is an awesome host! The place was clean which is very important to me. I had indoor parking and the building is secure. Security at the entrance 24/7 and only fob access so not just anyone is entering the building.

Perfect for visiting professionals

Annie is a great owner. She solves problems instantly. The room is small, but just right for a single professional or maybe a couple. Great shower. Washer and Dryer on the 1st floor. Parking is very secure. Front desk receives deliveries.

So convenient!

This studio was so convenient! It was just what we needed for a week's stay. It was very easy to get in and out of downtown Reno. The garage parking was great, the kitchen allowed us to not have to eat every meal out. The building was nice and quiet & my husband even enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. The laundry facilities allowed us to pack a little less and save on baggage fees. Thanks again for the great place to stay!

The downtown vibe is so great. Just walk out the door for a meal or to relax on the Truckee River. There are scooters you can use to get around ( like the Lime Bikes)
Do a Wine Walk (once every month), try a few restaurants, go to a museum, a play, the Philharmonic. There is much to do!

My unit is truly stocked with all you need besides your food. I provide bathroom items, all kitchen items, bedding, extra sheets, towels, TV, Internet etc.

The unit is SUPER CLEAN- I am very picky about this! I know when I travel I want a very clean space.

You have a notebook explaining how to work the remote blinds, how to use the TV, where your mailbox is, etc., and suggestions for great bars, restaurants, and places to go- voted on by Renoites!

If you have any questions at all, I reply quickly. I really enjoy meeting my guests.

The amenities are exceptional:
-A great gym,
-Your own locked mailbox,
-Access to large community room with pool tables, many tables, chairs, a fireplace & free books.
-Security is at the front desk most hours.
-Washers and dryers are on the first floor ( I provide organic Tru Earth ' detergent' .
-Pool and hot tub (will be remodeled in 24- hoping it will be done by July) ,

The benefit of being right downtown means
-You have access to the majority of casinos if that interests you.
Check out the remodeled casino/hotel kitty corner from the Belvedere (called "The J"that is beautiful! They have shows and concerts there as well a greatI talian restaurant. Worth walking through.

-Eay access I-80 and Highway 395

-You can walk to the Riverwalk, and the park where there are often free or paid concerts. Its safe.

- There are many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

-Grocery stores: Savers grocery store and Raleys are close.

-UNR is very close and a beautiful place to walk.
- Reno has many Festivals in the summer downtown- a short block to all the festivals!

- We have security and concierge who can answer questions, or suggest places to go as well.

-Your stay at my this unit helps feed the the unsheltered.. I donate 10% to Nevada homeless.
