Relaxing Stay

We were in town for the Grange convention and this was a perfect place for us - quiet, well-stocked, comfortably furnished. Great place!

This home is beautiful and was very welcoming and homey. It was a perfect location close to the airport and not far to drive to the redwoods. The cupboards are well stocked with pans, dishes and whatever you need. There were puzzles and games and our grandson enjoyed playing Rumikub. It was great having a washer and dryer. The owners communication was great and she was very helpful. She gave wonderful directions to the place from the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Just as good as the first time!

This is our second time staying at this house. Just like the first time, it was clean and well-stocked, and the communication with the owner was great and responsive. We come to Medford to see family; this house is in a great location and quiet. We will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

This is a spacious single level home. Every room a good sized. Very comfortable for our family meals and gathering by the gas fireplace. Perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. We would definitely book this home again.

Beautiful Medford BnB

Home is clean, spacious and beautiful with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. All the amenities needed for a stay away from home. I would highly recommend this BnB.

What a perfect place for our family and friends to gather!!!

This place is so perfect for a gathering place for family and friends. It is stocked to the gills with anything you would need for entertaining a small crowd (no raucous parties!!), with 4 different sitting areas for your different moods! So clean and well cared for. The outdoor space was lovely, and even has a fountain! Carol was fantastic and gracious, communicating with us even through her son when her internet was having problems. We had a fantastic graduation party for my son, who graduated from SOU with a chemistry degree. Family and friends in the area were able to gather comfortably. Plus the bed was a delight at the end of busy days!

Great Location!

Wonderful welcoming home

Beautiful, comfy home and a well-stocked kitchen. Super comfy beds. Perfect for my 84-year-old parents, my husband, and me visiting my brother’s family for Mother’s Day weekend. The backyard is a garden delight right now. Host Carol is very thoughtful and communication was great.

Medford Retreat

The property was wonderful, and just as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked, which allowed us to cook our own dinners. Having a garage was great, as I was able to keep my raft out of the elements and off the street when we weren't fishing. If I am back in the area, I will certainly stay here again. Great Property!

Just right.

The house was very clean. Well stocked pantry as well as lots of cooking supplies. Grandkids did a sleep over and begged for a second night. Lots of games and movies which helped because we had rain off and on. Would definitely stay there again.

Our Fifth Stay!

We keep coming back to this perfect house. Every time we come to Medford to see my elderly mother, we stay here. Five times in the past 14 months. It's clean, smells good, it's quiet and in a nice neighborhood. It doesn't get any better than this! Thank you, Carol and Paul!

Our stay

We were in town for the Rouge Valley Memorial day weekend soccer tournament. Our stay was great. The only complaint was that on Saturday when we returned from a game. The yard guy had shown up. It scared us a little because all our stuff was inside and the garage door was open. Other than that the stay was amazing. Thank you!

Our 4th Stay in this Terric Home

We have been to Medford four times this past year to check in on my mother in a retirement facility. We always stay in this house! It is clean, comfortable, pretty, well appointed and feels just like home. We brought my mother over one afternoon for birthday cake and it was really nice to relax with her and a couple of relatives who popped in to see us. The owners are easy to communicate with, friendly and welcoming. The house rules are clear, easy to follow and we are looking forward to coming back again and again!

Comfortable quiet house

The house was very comfortable and located in a nice quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the welcome basket! We were a little disappointed that the fountain in the backyard still looked like it was winterized (covered in black plastic) despite it being after Memorial Day. However, we didn’t end up hanging out in the backyard so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
