This is a downstairs apartment. There are two apartments upstairs and 2 downstairs. Sometimes noise can travel but we provide earplugs and have strict quiet time hours.

Please note we have a 1 pet max and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats.
