We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect if wanting to hang out in Cabo San Lucas! The pool was relaxing and not overcrowded. The hostess was there to greet us and super responsive! Excellent restaurant recommendations and transportation made very easy by staff! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay last week. Family of 6 for a special birthday so the accommodation was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with some of the best views on the development. The welcome nibbles were delicious and appreciated. Our maid was amazing!

Amazing views - 10 out of 5 stars, highly recommend

From the minute we arrived to homemade guacamole & hand squeezed margaritas, we knew we were in for a treat! Huge patio, amazing views, super spacious (we rented both A&B so we had 3 bedrooms), & everything we needed for a super fun ladies vacation. Thank you Humberto!!

Amazing start to finish, going back soon!!

It was gorgeous, people were there to greet us every time we came in and out of property. Staff was always visible, friendly and eager to help. Anything you mention they are quick to do, and offer you things you haven’t. Private concierge, went above and beyond with every request. The property was utterly amazing and so well groomed. Pool was spacious and crystal clear. Food on resorts was top notch. Can’t say enough about this facility and the owner was amazing after our stay to hear how our stay was he truly cares about his clients! Book his facilities you won’t go wrong!

Mostly great

The place looks just like the pictures, and it is beautiful! The staff was great and we had a good time. Only problem was we had to have repairs to something nearly every day - the ceiling in the kitchen fell down one day at 5am, another fan broke, the bathtub in one room didn’t work, wifi was out every day, etc. that being said, staff was responsive and fixed things each time just a little annoying to have to deal with every day of our stay. Other than that, no complaints!

Great location

This place was more than we expected. We stayed at villa 1401A and 1401B. We had a group of 12. The view was spectacular and the service was above and beyond. The property is well maintained and its located in a perfect location.

Almost perfect

The amenities were great, the staff was very good. The major disappointment was the construction. (jackhammer) going off directly above our head every day from 9am-4/5pm. I'm not exaggerating when I say we couldn't even have a conversation in the room. If one of our group wanted a mid-day rest, it wasn't going to happen. Also air conditioning in 1401B was non-existant. Our room never cooled below 78 degrees. Even after notifying our concierge, the problem wasn't solved. May or May not come back. Jury still out.

I am very sorry about this inconvenience during your vacation. Unfortunately, the unit above had a broken water pipe that was leaking and had to be addressed immediately by the resort maintenance personnel. For them to repair and fix this problem they had to break the marble floor and cut the concrete slab under it causing the disturbance. Because of the repairs undertaken the resort’s central air conditioning was not working properly during your stay. The problem has been resolved which means that the noise is gone, the pipe has been replaced and the air conditioning is working properly throughout the unit. I would like to compensate by offering you a substantial discount on your next stay with us.

Everything was lovely! Humbertos house was better than pictures! He was a pleasure to work with ..timely on any communication and helped organize the trip. The Hotel staff was lovely and helpful and he even provided a margarita party for us:) I will for sure stay here again next year!

Amazing accommodations

We were thrilled with the accommodations this Villa provided for 5 friends from High School! The view was amazing, the staff super friendly and our host met us with margaritas, guacamole, salsa and chips the 1st night. Was definitely a treat after a long day of traveling!

Exceeded Expectations!

I will definitely book this villa again! Our stay was delightful from start to finish. The booking process was a breeze and Humberto was incredibly responsive to any and all questions I had leading up to our stay. We were so happy we booked our place at Villa La Estancia as soon as we entered the resort. The villa was more spacious than expected and was very comfortable for our group of 9 girls. The rooms and resort were incredibly well kept and clean. Every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly and accommodating. The owner of the villa arranged for welcome margaritas and snacks for us, which were prepared by Pablo in our room. We felt so special! The views from our villa were amazing and the service was phenomenal. We all had such a great experience - it was an amazing trip! I highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property and suite of rooms. I would rent it all again or just the one room suite. You cannot beat the welcome we received, the margarita’s were a tasty treat and the guacamole , salsa and chips yummy. The fishing was amazing in Cabo, the restaurants wonderful and the environment beautiful. Thank you for a excellent Birthday trip.!

We found the Best Location in Cabo !

My family and friends stayed at Villa La Estancia in beachfront three bedrooms fourth floor Villa 1401 for a week. What a beautiful place and unobstructed views to Lands End. We have never experienced listening to the waves all day and staying so close to the beach in our lives. Medano is a beautiful beach, many water activities, the resort have beautful infinity pools with swim up bar and amazing spa. Just a quick taxi ride to town or shopping. We used the taxi service many times and never had to wait and always felt safe and the taxi drivers so friendly and love to share information about the area. Owner's Manager Vladimir was profesional and so very helpful to us. We always felt very, very safe and never worried about anything. The resorst staff is so helpful and pleasant at all times. Before we planned our trip we worked directly with the owner to help us understand the area and the services because we had never done this type of a trip. I had many, many questions. The owner was so helpul and offer us the best villa in the resort at a very reasonable price. Everything was very smooth. We will be back to Cabo soon and will make sure we stay again in this same Villa. We may not need three bedrooms next time but the owner rent this unit as a one or two bedrooms as well. So we can count on a great villa, the best location and have a wonderful time again in Cabo. Thank you for a trip of a life time.

Our Favorite Room in Cabo

We have been to Cabo many, many. Since we found La Estancia several years ago, we never go anywhere else in Cabo. Whenever possible, we stay in one of these end units on the beach. The resort is spectacular and these beachfront units are simply the icing on the cake. You can hear the waves crashing on the shore 24/7. These units are absolutely the best.

Villa la estancia! Villa 1401a&b is the most magnificent place we have ever stayed at. Everything from the lobby to the balcony with the most magnificent view of the rock formations and lands end is unbelievable. We were treated like royalty. Our concierge Vladimir was so special, he was here for us for what ever we needed. From grocery shopping and stocking the villa with all of our needs, making dinner reservations, taking us to the golf coarses, and recommendations to some fun restaurants. This villa has got to have the best view, ocean front 4th floor. It is spacious, decorated so beautifully, and so very clean. Maid service every day was so awesome. This is by far the most beautiful place we have been to, no need to go to Hawaii now, a must see. Came with friends that were not sure about mexico, but they too say these are the best accomadations they have experienced in their lifetime. We have traveled to many places between the six of us, and we all agree omg!!! Thank you to the owner for sharing his home with us. We will all be back and will spread the word on this paradise
