Absolutely stunning location. Panoramic views of the ocean. Excellent service from the resort and personal concierge. Easy access to Cabo. Only downside is that it is adjacent to Villa del Palmer which is under a major renovation. There was constant jack hammering during our stay as the installed support beams for a new restaurant. Plus they would work late at night on building a new pool. We were unaware of this project. Once the renovation project is completed I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely come back as we enjoyed everything else about our stay.

Wonderful Efficiency at Estancia Cabo San Lucas

The room at the resort was spacious and suffient for a couple. Room location was probably about the best in the entire resort, immediately overlooking the beach and vista of the Rocks at Cabo San Lucas. Resort is pristine and all staff are efficient and gracioius.Food at the Parilla restaurant was probably our best meal of the entire trip and we had also stayed at another resort on a golf package the prior week. The resort had excellent taxi service to allow us to appreciate some of the nearby restaurants and transportation costs were reasonable. February weather was PERFECT as a bonus!!

Beautiful views/ lovely tranquil and clean resort.

More peaceful and relaxing than other resorts near Cabo San Lucas. (An oasis to go home to). Some minor small issues with our kitchen, but managed to make good meals with limited utensils/ space. (Only reason I gave a 4 not a 5). Owner left generous supplies of shampoo, dish soap, bathrobes etc. Shower water pressure and bed comfort was lovely. The included maid service was excellent. Resort staff attention to detail and friendliness was amazing. Gym was fantastic, and food/ drinks were top notch. Ability to dine at 2 sister resorts was a bonus. The nightly shows and a few weddings at the resort next door could be loud in our room, but the panoramic views we had were worth the few hours of noise, and it usually ended by 9pm. Would stay again! Suggested a top down blind for the window over the bath if ever renovated, for a bit more privacy.

Nice get away

Property was clean, well kept and everyone was friendly. The room was nice. Views are incredible. Toiletries were provided; shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Pool area was quiet. It’s not a resort type pool. You don’t need to race to the pool. They do adhere to an 8 a.m. policy. You can’t put your towel out and walk away until 8. They will remove it and your personal stuff. Loved the heated pool. Depending on where you want to go, it’s either ¾ of a mile to a bit over a mile into town. Or Uber for roughly 3 to 5 US dollars. Only had food at the pool, decent. We would book again.

Villa La Estancia 1201-b Medano Beach Cabo

Amazing beachfront location with great views. The villa was elegant, comfortable, spacious & very clean with prime corner location overlooking the beach & pool. Wonderful setting to watch the sunrises. The kitchenette was small but provided adequate items to cook meals. The resort was lovely with well maintained areas, wonderful pool & nice fitness facilities. The hotel staff were all pleasant & accommodating. We made a new friend in Oscar (who oversees the cleaning staff for the unit). He went above & beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The location was close to the downtown area but far enough away from the hustle & bustle to kick back and listen to the surf. A convenient marketplace is on the grounds and just a few minute walk away. We loved staying here & will definitely consider staying here again.

Very run own

The room is very run down some comments stated that it needs a little TLC it needs a lot of TLC, the other problem is you can't work with the concierge on site because it's privately owned so when you're missing towels or you have no remote for the TV

Cabo San Lucas Vacation

We went back to Cabo for our 20th anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Room sits right on the edge of the beach. Enjoyed going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of crashing wave. Great trip, we will be back for sure!

The facility and the unit were both fantastic. The view from the room would be hard to beat. Anywhere. We enjoyed our stay immensely. 4 days was not enough.

We absolutely loved this property! The pool was nice and warm! We didn’t even use the facilities too much because our room was just the highlight. I absolutely loved the view from every angle. If I ever end up in Cabo again I will definitely be back!

Top notch view of ocean!

Room had an exceptional view of ocean. Loved opening the door at night to hear ocean waves. Room was a little tight and could use some updating however not that big of a deal. Overall terrific stay!

Loved Villa La Estancia!

This was our second time staying at Villa La Estancia and we absolutely love it. The location is excellent for it is a short cab ride into town, or a 20min walk down the beach. It is a great hotel to bring kids to, we had two under 3 with us, and the pool and beach are perfect. This unit had terrific views, was very comfortable, and the management company was helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel. The only two small negative items about this unit were the wifi was very inconsistent and mostly didn't work. We called the hotel twice to have them come fix it and it would work for about a day then would go out again. You could also hear a bit of noise in this unit, given its location between two hotel pools and restaurants. It is very quiet between 10pm and 7am, but pool music and people noise start around 7:30am. Even with that, we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Amazing! Better than pictures!

Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful property, views! Saw lots of spouts and tails from property. Lots of room to spread out at pool or beach. Bring your own shampoo and soap-toiletries were not as described. Room wifi didn’t work but the one at pool (and balcony) was reliable. Restaurants and market very overpriced but the new looking grocery store in town had everything at much better prices.
