Perfect spot in june

This was a nice little spot for our family. Parking was a bit challenging as people were in the wrong spots. The house lookd better than the pictures as well. Centrally locate in town

Great location, terrible beds and bathrooms

The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in June Lake. The condo is very spacious and has wonderful views. The kitchen had nice updated appliances and was well appointed. However, there are two major drawbacks. First, two of the three beds were horrible. The primary bed was incredibly old and had zero support. The pullout sofa bed was completely unusable. Second, the bathrooms were carpeted, and smelled very damp and dirty. The shower heads were also quite old and sprayed water all over the place.

When we arrived at 4:15 pm, unit # 6 was not ready and still being cleaned.

When we arrived at 4:15 pm, unit # 6 was not ready and still being cleaned. We had to wait until 5pm to access the unit. When we entered the unit the dishwasher was on, and as it turned there were no dishes in it. We later discovered that the sheets had not been changed on the fold out sofa beds. The last thing is that the front door locks are very difficult to operate. Thanks

After 6 hrs of driving with 3 kids we were excited to arrive at June! However, we were ghosted by our Vrbo contact person. My 2 emails ignored asking for checkin info. Address on listing was incorrect. Couldn’t find our building, 114 knoll does not exist. Even despite my emails to our contact person, Connie, asking for assistance, there was no response. No email/no contact regarding our checkin. NOTHING! 18 degrees out, an upset spouse, 3 Whiney kids who are tired and hungry and cold, and we have no key, no condo, no contact with anyone from our Vrbo! (Of course our payment was processed and our credit card charged) I looked back at the reviews of our unit and noticed some people mentioned rainbow ridge realty. We googled that business and found the address in town. and sure enough there was our key, correct unit address, and checkin instructions. Would have loved to have known that information! This was the worst 2 hr start to our vacation! I STILL have not heard from ANYONE from our Vrbo! We’ve stayed at numerous vrbos all over the country and have never had the experience we’ve had with this listing! You have lost our business and we are disappointed in your lack of customer service! Bookers beware!

Great condo for family

We were families of 4 adults and 4kids. Adults used 2 bedrooms in downstairs and kids slept on the 2 sofa beds in the living room in upstairs. It worked out great for us but it might be a bit difficult if you have a smaller child or elderly who find up-down stairs every time is challenging. Overall, we were very happy with the room and can recommend to others.

My family and I have been coming up for years to June Lake Loop. I have stayed in several of the units at Edgewater as well as a few other properties. Some of the EW units could use an update. My brother likes the 80s vibe. Most of the family agreed the units with carpets just need the carpets removed. The hard wood floors make the units look bigger and brighter. Other than that, they are great!

We have been staying at the edgewater condos for over 22 years.

We have been staying at the edgewater condos for over 22 years. Because of Connie and her employees, we choose only to stay there. Edgewater has sentimental values to me! Although, we can choose to stay elsewhere.. we will always stay at edgewater. Thank you Rainbowridge for always treating us like family. We love you!

Property exactly as listed. Good location and well suited for a quick ski weekend. However... property is very dated. Bathrooms are carpeted which is awful. 1 of 2 toilets overflowed immediately and took 24 hours to address by property mgmt. In the end, good location but very dated. Complex has numerous other units which may be better suited for higher end clients.

Great location.

We had a really good time. It's well arrange and the location is perfect But I have to say this place is dusty. If you are allergic to dust, it's not a good place for you. There is carpet everywhere even in the bathroom/toilets.....
