We were freezing cold in the condo for four days. We left early due to no power. We were surprised we weren't contacted by Rainbow Ridge.

The property is very clean and comfortable and conveniently located for going to Mammoth Lakes and to the Tuolumne Meadows entrance to Yosemite. We would stay here again if we return to the area in the future.

Wonderful place. Comfy beds. Really clean and updated.Needs more towels. Be sure to state that there are a lot of stairs.

Great Property

I highly recommend staying at the property. It was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of June Lake from the living room windows. All the amenities are included.

Fun times

We had a great stay! Had a wedding to attend and this place was central to all the things we wanted to do. Enjoyed all the lakes close by. Even though unable to go to Yosemite due to the road being closed we found plenty of other things to do. Great breakfast cafe at Silver lake. Very reasonable prices and pancakes awesome.

We had an issue with the furnace and the property manager Connie responded right away. They were easy to work with and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. The units were comfortable and right next to both June Lake and Gull Lake. Lovely area.

June Mountain Rental

Great location. Great value. Only minor issue was we didnt receive the information on where to pick up the keys. However the property management company was a 2 minute walk away and they had the keys for us. Will be back and will refer to all our friends.

Great place in June Lake

Perfect for my family - two adults and twin 7 year old boys. We were up there for our one weekend of skiing this season and in the midst of record snowfall. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to the rest of town and from the mountain from. Responsive management: There was a minor problem with the heating the first day we got there but the property management was able to get someone out to fix it the next day and provided us with additional space heaters for the interim.

Perfect rental for June

10/10 would book again. Connie was a fantastic property manager. She answered all of my questions within the hour and gave clear instructions on how to check in, pick up keys, and even provided her cell for emergency contact. Location wise this condo is 4 min drive from June mountain and a 5 min walk to town. I don’t think you can beat this rental in terms of pricing compared to its offering if you’re visiting June. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful views, excellent location

There are the most beautiful lake views from the darling condo. It is in an exceptional location. My toddler and I enjoyed walking into to town and visiting with the friendliest shop owners and sampling delicious food. And it is a very short drive to ski on June Mountain. The condo is thoughtfully stocked. Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I do wish there had been a more secure front door (there is only one lock and no door view hole.) The exterior door knob did fall off at one point, but the property manager was very quick to respond and repair it.

Stunning views of June Lake

The property was generally well kept and appointed. My less than Perfect rating was due to shower door cleanliness, and the lack of Kleenex and shower liquid soap. Otherwise, the countertops are beautiful. The flooring is up-to-date and well kept, the furnishings are an OK condition, though one of the lamps needed repair. The Unit could easily sleep two on the king, potentially two on a double, and two additional in bunkbeds. There is plenty of linen and blankets And towels

It wasn't clean and we didn't feel safe

We arrived after the office closed. They left a map & check in/out instructions, but not the keys. I called the phone numbers & it took a while for them to call me back. When they came to the office, they said they were certain that the keys were in the envelope. We had to go up a flight of stairs to get to the front door. There is only a simple lock on the front door (like the kind you have on a bedroom or bathroom). There was no dead bolt or any way to lock it from the inside so no one could come in. There are two bedrooms & a 3/4 bathroom on this floor. We had to go up another flight of stairs to get to the living room, dining room, kitchen, & 2nd bathroom. The kitchen was not cleaned! There was egg shell stuck to the counter, the microwave had greasy finger prints on the outside & the inside had food splatters. A sauce pan had food stuck to it. There were utensils in a jar that had food stuck to them. The dining room chairs had crumbs on them. The upstairs bathroom shower had clothing tags on the floor & a lot of long black hair on the shower walls. The kitchen had Bosch appliances, but the stove would not light without the use of matches. The master bedroom blinds would not go up & the table lamp would not turn on - the knob was missing. Both toilet paper holders were broken/wobbly. Someone opened the door while we were there. When I called the office, I was told it was probably the cleaning crew. The office manager just laughed it off.

Great place to stay

Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean. It is dated and could use a few updates but every home in the community is old which makes it very appealing.
