Superb experience

Excellent, very well equipped villa. The owner was extremely helpful and supportive. The facilities are excellent. The owner kindly installed an outside power outlet that enabled our car to be very conveniently charged.

Perfect family week

A fantastic lovely large villa with a wonderful garden and a large pool. What more could you ask for? If you want to live privately, with a large fenced-in plot of land then you should stay here. The host Orazio was very friendly and helpful. When a villa gets 10 points from everyone you start to wonder... But it's actually true, ten points from our family.Thank you Orzio for a fantastic week for our big family

Il sig Orazio è un padrone di casa splendido a cui piace condividere il suo angolo di paradiso con ospiti che poi diventano amici.Proprietà impeccabile con pulizia straordinaria e dotata di ogni confort. Abbiamo avuto con noi una persona con problemi di handicap motorio ed è stata una delle poche strutture in cui non abbiamo avuto difficoltà. Insieme a noi 2 cagnolini che si sono divertiti un mondo. Pulizia della piscina e giardino curatissimi. Servizi quali TV satellitare e Netflix a disposizione. Che dire grazie per aver condiviso un pezzo di paradiso. A presto!

Un paradiso vicino Roma

Ad un ora da Roma in mezzo al verde ed al silenzio una casa stupenda super attrezzata con un parco bellissimo dove i cani possono scorrazzare senza pericoli ed una bellissima piscina con comodi lettini e gazebo.Nei dintorni si può acquistare prodotti locali genuini e trovare ottimi ristoranti. Il Sig.Orazio gentilissimo e molto ospitale Spero di avere un’altra occasione per tornare

Very nice villa

Orazio is very well organised, the villa is very nice, proper and well equipped. It has a huge garden. I would recommend everybody to stay in the house.

Un angolo di paradiso

Un posto incantevole. Pensato bene, realizzato meglio e curato altrettanto bene. Quando sei lì, non hai più bisogno di andare da nessuna parte. Peccato che alla fine si deve tornare a casa.

Een fijne plaats om te verblijven

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Orazio's villa. De villa is comfortabel en alles wat je nodig hebt (en meer) is aanwezig. De keuken is goed uitgerust en in de living staan aangename sofa's. Voor ons waren de bedden een minpunt (matrassen te hard). Het zwembad is groot en goed onderhouden. Orazio is een zeer goede gastheer die ons vooraf een routebeschrijving bezorgde en op onze vraag de in- en uitchecktijd wijzigde. Hij is steeds bereikbaar bij vragen of problemen. De locatie is ideaal : fijne stadjes in de omgeving, meer van Bracciano, de zee, Rome,... allemaal vlot bereikbaar. Kortom een aanrader!!!

One of the best holdiday ever !

I and my family enjoyed a 14 night stay at Oraizo elegant villa in agust 2019. Everything was superb, the villa, the swimming pool and the quiet surroundings. Also the hospitality of the owner was great. A perfect stay for families with children.

Sehr großes und gepflegtes Anwesen mit sehr großem Pool. Herrlich untouristische Umgebung, mit sehr guter Zuganbindung nach Rom (45 min). Zuvorkommender und freundlicher Vermieter sowohl im Vorfeld der Reise als auch während des Aufenthalts. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus perfekt zum abschalten

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern und den beiden Omas da. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Durch den Pool waren auch die Kinder immer beschäftigt und so hatten wir auch mal Ruhe. Wetter war auch klasse und der Besitzer hat uns sehr gut betreut !

An absolutely fantastic place to stay, and the host is wonderful

We just got back from staying here for 9 nights and it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. Orazios house is beautiful, large, private and has all the modern conveniences. It was so nice we practically didn't go anywhere the whole time we stayed apart from two day trips out to Pompeii (3 hrs drive) and the beach (35 mins). The kids had a blast swimming all the time, and we wandered around the massive gardens and olive orchard finding interesting bugs! Orazio left us lovely edible gifts whenever he visited to clean the pool and was the epitome of discretion and helpful attention giving good advice on local attractions. We will definitely tell all of our friends to consider this as a great place to stay within an easy hours drive to Rome. If you want privacy, luxury, comfort and a wonderful host you can't do better than this. We never go to the same place twice but this place is seriously making us rethink that for next year. Simply amazing!

Wonderful stay in high taste villa

Our family stayed in the Orazio’s villa for the second time, and this is perhaps the best vacation house we have ever enjoyed in Italy. The villa is located in a very green part of Lazio, among the hills covered by groves and gardens. There are some farms and other villas on distance, thus you feel surrounded by the nature, but not fully isolated. The small town Manziana with shops, pharmacy etc. is in 7 minutes by car. In one hour you can reach the center of Rome, and usually we had no traffic jams. The sea beach (S.Severa) is in 30 min by very pleasant road via nice typical villages where you can buy some local products. Hence, you can choose between fantastic relaxing in the garden and quite active and various trips around. The house is furnished with rare high taste, that allows you feeling exceptional and quiet, like at home. The garden is very big, well fenced that is important for visitors having dogs. The large swimming pool is perfect both for adults and children. Thanks to good air-conditioning we did not feel the heat of this summer, despite +36 in some days of July. We are very grateful to Orazio who is a perfect landlord, very kind and attentive. Definitely, we hope to come here once again.

Superb holiday immersed in the Italian countryside

We ( 3 families with kids and toddlers) stayed in the villa 7 nights and it was the most relaxing holiday ever!! Excellent location we could visit Rome and Porto S. Stefano in Toscany, our children enjoyed the pool and the walks in the wood. We received a warming Italian style welcoming from Orazio, the landowner, a real gentleman. The house is huge, perfectly furnished with laundry room, big bedrooms and a comfortable kitchen. Absolutely recommended, especially for families

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful week at Orazio's villa- we were met on arrival with a delicious Italian cheesecake and Orazio was always on hand should we need him. The villa and grounds are huge, the pool was amazing in the heat ,and it was so peaceful. Easy to reach the Lake at Bracciano for a swim or the coast at Santa Severa . We had a wonderful time, thanks so much Orazio .

lovely, huge villa for relaxing holidays

we had the pleasure to stay and relax two weeks in Orazios lovely villa. The villa is fully equipped, there is nothing to miss, neither in the kitchen nor in the rest of the house. Orazio was a perfect host, friendly and helpful and available for questions and recommendations. By his visits for cleaning the pool (every second day!) he surprised us with goodies from the local bakery.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

Wonderful villa, fabulous pool, beautiful gardens, couldn't have asked for anything more. Orazio is the perfect host and was extremely helpful, knowledgable and kind to us during our stay. We are a family of 5 with kids aged 4, 8 and 11 and all of us found the place to be perfect. Great gardens for playing and relaxing in, table tennis in the shade, brilliant pool which is shallow enough at one end for an 8 year old to comfortably stand in, and then slopes down to the deep end. Lots of lovely outdoor seating spaces in various locations with shade at different times of day. Nearby Manziana has some shops, a market, Carrefour 24h supermarket, lovely bakery and some excellent restaurants recommended to us. The train to Rome from Manziana was quick and easy (and air con!) and was a great day out. All in all a fabulous villa in a great location. Thanks Orazio for a wonderful holiday! The Stewart Family.

Bellissima casa in un oasi di verde e di pace . Abbiamo ricevuto un ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario sig. Orazio che ci ha consigliato giorno per giorno cosa visitare nelle vicinanze . Sono andata in vacanza con i miei 2 cani e 2 bambini che si sono divertiti tantissimo grazie alla piscina e agli spazzi all'aperto tutti molto curati .Esoerienza da rifare sicuramente . Wonderful property, excellent host

The villa is huge, superbly appointed and has a large swimming pool. We never found the extents of the well kept gardens as they are so big. It was spotlessly clean and had a well stocked larder of essentials which we were made welcome to use. There is a security gate and comprehensive outside lighting, including in and around the pool for night time swims. Orazio, the host was very welcoming, bringing us wine and a cake on the first day and some croissants and pastries when he came to clean the pool. He even loaned my eldest son a guitar which made his holiday complete. He also recommended some excellent local restaurants. I could not fault the villa and would highly recommend it. Thank you very much for your hospitality Orazio!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette villa idéale pour des vacances avec des enfants. La maison est très spacieuse, et la piscine gigantesque. Le propriétaire Orazio est adorable et reçoit parfaitement bien ses locataires. Vraiment que du positif. Nous espérons y retourner lors d'un prochain sejour.
