Definitely a nice place, small things could be improved ex; extra blankets (there was 1), so many switches that it was a game of roulette to see what turned on what, some lights we just were never able to turn on. Beautiful view and very clean.

We had a great stay in La Quinta. The home is located in a quiet areas with a few parks and walking trails near by. The house is spacious and had enough room for our family of 6. The home is well stocked with kitchen items, cleaning supplies and towels. Check-in and check out was easy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Loved this location!

We visit the desert often, so we’re glad we found this place. It can handle 5 singles comfortably or 10 people if they don’t mind sharing beds. Close to all accommodations, quiet neighborhood. Simply a lovely location. Will book again.

Our stay was great. The location was close to Old Town LQ and the Cove hiking trails. The house worked very well for 4 friends and gave us each our own bedroom/bathroom. It would be a bit easier to enjoy the property if there were some written instructions available there regarding the iPad controller for the pool / spa and check-out preferences like leaving towels on the washer or stripping beds or trash day (we did nothing because there were no instructions). The only complaint we had about our stay was that the hot tub would not go above 95 degrees, which is warm and not hot. David, the leasing agent, was very responsive about it, but the temp never got up to 104 (where it appeared to be set). Overall, though, we were very happy with it and would go back.

The house was beautiful and was very spacious and I well kept. It was stocked with everything we needed and the jacuzzi worked well for us. There were just a couple little hiccups that we had - one being that the patio furniture was very dirty and thrown all over the yard. We thought maybe there had been wind but it still would have been nice to have clean furniture to sit on even if we had to collect all the cushions from the yard.The other was the outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work so we had to blow dry and curl our hair in the hallways or common area to use an outlet that worked. I tried resetting 4 different GFCI buttons inside and outside the house but that didn’t work and I couldn’t find any other reset buttons in the house. I’m assuming that was a random thing that may not happen very often, but I’m not sure. Other than that, we had a lovely stay. The location is great for food and hiking.

Had a great stay at this property. It was in a great location with easy access to downtown and the golf courses. The rooms were large and the property is well kept. The reservation process was a breeze too. Highly recommend!

Excellent Secluded Property!

Property was very well planned out with plenty of room. Convenient and very easy to get to in a very quiet neighborhood! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The host was easy to get a hold of and answered all questions in a timely manner. We would definitely consider staying in this unit again.
