Nice property that is suitable for a large group. We have stayed at this house twice now and it has met our needs each time. There are enough bedrooms and sleeping places for multiple people, nice outdoor area with a grill, and nice clean, covered, front porch with lots of seating.

Great stay!

Very impressed with the house and property! Lots of room with 2 adults, 2 kids and an infant. Very convenient to have 3 Full bathrooms! Great communication with the owner also, only a text message away...

Great House!

Loved this house so much. House is very spacious with all bedrooms separated and each bedroom has it’s own bath. Favorite part was the screened porch!! Definitely will stay again.

Great place to stay!

This house offered plenty of room for the 7 kids that we took with us. The property was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of places to sleep and bathrooms so everyone could have their own space. The owner was very quick to reply to any message or questions I had. Will definitely stay here in the future!

Snowbird get away

We stayed a Wayne’s amazing house for 8 weeks. Everything was exactly as pictured in VRBO. Wish we could have stayed longer, but grandchildren are calling. Thanks Wayne for sharing your space with. See you next year.

Great Rental!

This rental was perfect for our family, and the description of the property was exactly as shown. There was plenty of space for the seven of us, including two children. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The location was also great. The owner (Wayne) was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved it so much, we're planning our next visit.

family beach getaway

We enjoyed staying here! I've been going to ocean lakes since I was a little girl, and have never stayed in this section. it was PERFECT. My kids could safely ride their bikes on the road. it was quiet. My kids loved the porch. spent many hours there playing "go fish". Would definitely recommend Wayne's place to anyone!

Brittany and her family were great guests. Always communicating if there were any questions. The house was left in the condition it was found. Cleaning crew only had to do the routine cleaning. I’m always pleased when I don’t get a letter of concern from the cleaning people. Would welcome their family anytime.

Bike week

Overall it was a good stay. OL has a lot of regulations for bikers. This rental had a lot of stipulations as well. A little stressful.

Guests communicated well during their stay. The house was cleaned early and the guests were allowed to enter the house early upon arrival. Cleaning crew reported that except for a couple of stained bed linens the house was left in good condition at the end of their stay.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It was very clean and spacious. We spent lots of time on the screened in porch! The amount of bathrooms was very convenient when we would come back from the beach as we could almost all shower off at the same time. The kitchen was probably the most stocked kitchen we’ve ever had at Ocean Lakes, it had literally every cooking/baking utensil you could think of. It was a very comfortable and relaxing week!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first time staying in this location. We have rented homes in OL for over 25 years. We loved the area because it was not on the main road. The grandchildren were able to ride their scooters and play in the rain puddles in the road without worrying about cars. (We were there when Ophelia came through in mid September) The bonus of the house is definitely the screened in porch. We enjoyed hanging out, talking and playing cards without bugs bothering us. If you are looking for a peaceful get away, this will fit the bill. Mr. Wayne was great to work with. Quick to respond to any questions.

Great place to stay!!

We stayed here for our friend Vacation. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room and we loved the front porch. Kids played on it a lot. We took a golf cart and rode it to the beach and pool. It was a lot of fun! The only negative was we had to wait a long time to get into the campground to check in because we got there at 3:30 when everyone was trying to get in. The owner of this property mailed us express check-in forms which made the process of getting in much easier. When we were able to make it through the light we already had a car pass and just drove right through. The owner was very good about communicating with me. Best vacation ever!!
