Easy Place to Stay

This is our second time staying here for a Davidson graduation. It's not too far from campus and had everything we need. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and reliable.We would stay here again.

Great house

We stayed two nights and loved everything about the house! The home is beautiful and has a very welcoming, warm atmosphere. We really enjoyed the amount of detail and item availability in the house - it felt like the owners had thought of everything one might need on a trip. The entirety of the home appeared to be very well maintained and clean. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Excellent home base!

This house was clean, all amenities were available, centrally located with easy access to lots of activities, restaurants, shops, etc. Space was perfect for family of three, could accommodate a couple more kiddos. Awesome experience!

Fabulous Christmas stay!

We came for the Christmas holidays and the home was completely decorated including a decorated Christmas tree! Could not have asked for a more beautiful warm stay! Loved it!

Very nice comfortable home

Wonderful comfy home that was very clean and well thought out with supplies for anything we could have possibly have needed. We really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to downtown Mooresville.Would recommend a visit to the historic hardware store, artist store s and a very good dinner at Big Tony’s BBQ.

Overall, the stay was fine, but the experience could’ve been better. I use short term rentals a few times a year, and I feel like every time, the host tries their best to be overly helpful, share tidbits about the community and things to do, and overall seems invested in our stay being excellent.The experience here wasn’t that way. If those things aren’t important to you, it’s probably no big deal.When we first went to book, we asked for a last minute booking discount, as many others in the area offered it. They simply replied “we do not.” It just didn’t feel warm from the start.Our flight arrived late so we didn’t get
