A great place to stay

The pool was great and the complex was a secure gated community with lots of greenery and beautiful well maintained gardens and was peaceful Change the blunt and damaged knifes and repair the cracked bathtub as it doesn’t feel safe showering with it like how it was.

Relaxing Week Away

Lovely apartment on the ground floor making access for those with walking difficulties very easy. Good location close to the pool. Complex felt secure and is ideal for families. Property was clean and well equipped with everything you needed should you prefer to to have a few meals in. Key collection and drop off could be improved. We chose a later flight so the added 40mins to the journey with young children was not ideal. A key box is fitted to the wall outside the front door would solve this.

Excellent apartment highly recommend and you will need a car if you are staying up at this apartment! I would recommend that a fenced area in the garden is put up so you can have the sliding doors open and not have to worry about children escaping or wandering off down to the pool or other garden areas. Also items for small children, a potty or adapted toilet lids to stop little bottoms, falling through the toilet, a step for them to wash their hands to reach the sink.

Relaxing Week Away

Property is situated on the ground floor so ideal for those with walking difficulties. There is a lift down to the secure underground parking space.The pool is huge although the signage states it's only open in July and August.The apartment is well equipped with everything you'll need should you choose or prefer to eat in.A car is essential. The check-in / out process would be my only negative comment. It adds approx 40 mins to your journey if travelling from Malaga airport. A key box would solve this.Would I stay there again? Yes

El sitio muy lindo, el apartamento muy cómoda Colocar una cerradura electrónica. Fue muy problemático el hecho de tener una sola llave y llevarla y retirar en un lugar lejano al alojamiento. También el hecho de la fianza fue un problema con las tarjetas. Otro tema a mejorar es q no se pondría acceder a las áreas comunes gimnasio, baños etc porque la llave del candado no era

En cuanto a la recogida y entrega de llaves, este procedimiento se realiza por motivos de seguridad y está indicado en el anuncio, para que los huéspedes dispongan de esta información antes de realizar la reserva. Respecto a la fianza, esta información también está especificada previamente en el anuncio, antes de realizar la reserva, para garantizar total transparencia. En relación al acceso a las zonas comunes, como el gimnasio, nos complace informarle de que el problema con la llave ya ha sido solucionado. No obstante, nos hubiera gustado que nos lo hubiera comunicado durante su estancia, ya que habríamos podido resolverlo de inmediato.
