We absolutely loved this place. The owner Joel was great and made it so easy for us by mailing the keys to our house with super clear instructions on how to check in /check out . The condo was beautiful and so well maintained, clean and modern with a lovely Cape Cod beach house vibe .The condominium was spotless, with everything anyone could need to just arrive with a suitcase and enjoy your vacation.Which was exactly what we did . The complex was safe and secure and very well managed.It’s a gated community with a super family friendly atmosphere. Everyone I spoke to seemed very kind and friendly. The pool was great. My kids loved it. The beach was beautiful and we saw some spectacular sunsets. There are several great restaurants and breakfast joints within a few minutes of the complex.We ate at most of them and the food was delicious. But for me the best part of the trip was arriving at the condo, opening the slider and walking out onto the balcony and seeing the view for the first time.A breathtaking view of the Gulf! Thanks again for sharing this little piece of paradise with us and we can’t wait to come back.

This was a great VRBO property. Probably our best stay ever. The property was clean and well furnished. The kitchen utensils and other supplies were exceptional. This is a beautiful property with easy beach and pool access. A very secure property where you can feel very comfortable. Felt like we were in our own home.

Exceptional!

It was a pleasure to stay at this oceanfront condo. The unit was extremely clean and had beautiful costal decor which was perfect for a relaxing stay. The ocean views from the living room and bedrooms were stunning. The condo is adequately furnished providing everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Check in was a breeze. The owner was wonderful and communicative ensuring our needs were met. I cannot recommend this vacation condo highly enough. We plan to return very soon. Thank you!

Amazing getaway!

This is an amazing property! It’s so clean, organized, beautifully decorated, and comfortable! The views are stunning as well! Every detail has been taken care of. From the beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas, and beach cart to the Britta water filtering pitcher in the fridge. ( The bigger of the 2 beach umbrellas was broken when we went to use it our first day, and with a quick text, we had a brand new one before 10 am the next day!)The location is just so unique and amazing. Great wildlife and great restaurants and shops and grocery stores so close by. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, so relaxing!! It is about .3 of a mile walk, but all flat and packed down and the provided beach cart is the best type to use for hauling beach gear. The sand is part soft, part shelly throughout, so we used water shoes on the beach and in the water, same consistency on the ocean floor, so needed those to be comfortable.Joel is an awesome host, as well as Scott who is local to help with anything. Communication was great and immediate. Ate at a few great restaurants, but really enjoyed CJ’s on the Bay. Just an amazing 25th anniversary trip for my husband and me! A quiet, relaxing, lovely escape. Would recommend in every way!!

What a GEM!!

Our recent stay at a VRBO in Marco Island was nothing short of spectacular. The condo itself was a beautiful gem, fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was spacious and meticulously clean, making it a perfect home away from home. One of the highlights was its access to the beach, where we could easily spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the pristine waters. The sunsets were absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque view that we looked forward to every evening. Great time

Our stay in condo 1005 of Tower 4 was exceptional. The condo was clean, newly renovated and with optimal view of the pool, beach and sunsets. Joel was quick to respond to any questions we had. There were plenty of clean towels, plates, glasses, cutlery and everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes so something to think about of you have young toddlers or elderly, otherwise it's fine. The wagon provided fits all ther chairs and patio umbrella which is very convenient. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. The pool is also very nice but no eating there! Would love to go back again! Thank you Joel for a wonderful stay!

Beach Vacation

We had a great time on Marco Island! The condo was clean and perfect spot for our family. It was great to have beach chairs and umbrella ready to use for our beach days. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful condo...close to great food

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is as pictured. It's a hike to the beach, but lovely. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Overall, a good option if you can make a King and Queen bed work for your family (we had one on the sofa).

Great Vacation

Simply said…the condo was excellent! The view from the balcony was even better than the photo. The unit was clean and comfortable… having large tv’s in every room was a bonus. Finally…there was great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend!

Great Stay..

The condo was fantastic. The condo was very clean and the views were amazing. Great communication with the owner. The beach was a few steps from the condo, which wasn't an inconvenience at all. We were able to prepare meals in a well stocked kitchen and visited several restaurants in close proximity. Highly recommend....

Loved Our Stay!

This was our first trip to Marco Island. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The views from the balcony were stunning! We timed the walk to the beach from outside of the front door, for us it was 15 minutes, but once you get there it’s so worth it because the water was amazing. Also, the condo has a beach wagon that is extremely helpful for carrying all of your things. The only minor downside was that are a lot of what feel like nitpicky rules within the condo association, and they are strict about enforcing them, so make sure to read them carefully. Joel was a very responsive host and got back to me promptly around any questions or concerns I had. Overall, we had an amazing trip, loved the condo and the town. Thank you for hosting us, Joel!

Beautiful Updated Condo

Beautiful Condo in a great location. Condo has everything a family would need, plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, etc. The view of the ocean and pool is amazing. Joel was quick to respond when I had a question, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this beautifully updated condo.

Just what we were hoping for!

Super clean, new(er) furnishings, great decor. Beach cart and chairs included. 1,440 steps to the water which was perfect for those who want to get their steps in! We left our new beach umbrella for others to enjoy! Marco Island is incredibly clean, beautifully landscaped, and crime free. Perfect relaxing vacation!

Great stay at a wonderful condo!

Working with Joel was very easy from beginning to end! The condo was just as it shows in pictures. Very clean, comfortable and mostly all the amenities that you would need for a week or more are accessible. Very well updated and furnished nicely. Amazing view from every room and off of the balcony. My family and I enjoyed every bit of our time here and have already booked for next year!

We bought this property in the Spring of 2019. We toured and visited many units. The key reasons we chose to purchase this condo are the beach and water view and it was recently updated with everything new and modern.
