Comfortable 3* apartment of 70 m2 on the fourth floor. Bright living room with fireplace, television. Open kitchen with oven, filter coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.

You are in the residence Les Mélèzes which enjoys a privileged location right next to the departure of the gondola, ideal for ski vacations. And you are on the Bisse de Vex, which offers you a magnificent walk in summer. The center of the resort with its shops and restaurants is just 150 meters away. This residence consists of 2 buildings with several standard and comfortable apartments with elevator. The access to the building is via stairs. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace with a magnificent view of the Rhone valley.
