Bright, Clean & Roomy – Perfect for Groups

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly spacious—perfect for our group—and clean throughout. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and exactly as described. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Highly recommend for groups looking for a clean and roomy place to stay!

Nashville getaway

Our group didnt want to stay downtown and this house provided all we needed! Very spacious! Plenty of room for 4 couples and easy / quick Uber to the Gulch or downtown! Had a great weekend !

Perfect place for a Family Gathering

My family stayed Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate the holiday and everyone really enjoyed the home. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and the amenities were perfect. Each level was like a mini-apartment. The kids really enjoyed the games provided. Everyone had privacy when needed. And we were able to come together as a family with no problem. The location was also very convenient. Highly recommend! We definitely plan to stay again when in Nashville.

Ladies weekend

House was very nice, but not in an area safe to walk right from the house. Also, please note there’s no table for sitting and eating. Just a countertop with three barstools. So our group of 10 could not sit and eat together. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms that were great for the group. Everything was comfortable and very clean and updated. The walls are a little thin. You can’t hear other people walking around and in the bathroom. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The space is great but.....

We got in earlier than expected from the airport and Chandon was kind a nd gracious enough to let us check in early. Which was very appreciated. He said it was fine the place was clean and ready. We walked in to used cups on the pool table the floors were dirty, not even swept. The downstairs couch had a bunch of crumbs and junk in between the cushions and the toaster didn't work. After check in the host texted me and said if I have any questions to let him know. I kindly responded with "Hello Chandon! Place is great and I do appreciate the early entry greatly! Just a bit disapointed about the cleanliness of the place." That was on Thursday when we got there. I sent a message at 10 am on Sunday to say we are all checked out. Then I receive a mssage saying OK I see was the house not cleaned up properly. I have a crew who does the cleaning and I have not come and checked this time. Will call you and find out more if that is ok. It is now Thursday of the following week and still no call or text or email. While the place was very spacious and close to downtown. I would not stay here again. We paid a cleaning fee and did not get a clean home to enjoy. I think we should have been reimbursed some money for how the place was left for us. Very sad that no one connected with me.

Great house

The house was wonderful! Easy access to downtown. Just a 5-10 minute Uber ride. Host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. Very easy check-in and out process. Great place if you have a large group!

Daughter's Wedding

We rented the property for 8 nights for our daughter's wedding. We had 7 people. When we arrived we were disappointed in the location. It was advertised as 12 South/Gulch area. It actually borders low income housing projects with lots of homeless people roaming around. The water filter was broken in the fridge which meant that the ice maker didn't work. When I complained to the host he told me to buy ice and drink bottled water. Not cool. The first floor bathroom had a migraine inducing flickering light and a fan that sounded like a jet plane taking off. The host told me to use the shower light for getting ready. Not great for doing hair and makeup for a wedding. After complaining this was not acceptable, he host arranged for them to be fixed our second night. One of the advertised closets was locked and had to be unlocked. I was expecting 4 nice bedrooms and bathrooms for our guests/family to prepare for a very special event. It was filled with the hosts items . The wifi was very weak. Fine on the first floor but this was a 3 story property. We could not use in the third floor bedroom. some of the rooms had tvs (very odd sizes but they were all for streaming so unless you had streaming platforms you were out of luck. This is a perfect place for bachelorette/bachelor parties. There was not a complete set of matching dishes. Just kind of a hodge hodge of mismatched items. Fine for young kids I guess. Not what we were expecting for the expensive price.

Great house close to downtown Nashville!

The house was very clean and close to downtown Nashville. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Suggestions: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; extra towels; new batteries for TV and fan remotes. There was some police activity across the street one evening, but we never felt unsafe. Overall, we had a great stay and a very fun trip to Nashville!

We enjoyed the house.

Girls’ trip to Nashville for 5 nights. It’s an easy Uber ride to Broadway. Two Ubers did not find us (at the back of the house) so we gave a street address at the end of the alley on 11th St. We took long walks at Shelby Bottoms Greenway. We had one car that came in handy for groceries (there is a pretty good Publix only 4 minutes away), going to the greenway, etc. we recommend getting tickets for a show at The Listening Room. It was a fun trip.

Fantastic place!

Super clean with excellent sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of little amenities they include that you didn’t even know you needed. And the property managers are incredibly easy to work with.

Great for four couples

My husband and I invited our three adult daughters and their spouses to join us in celebrating our birthdays--75th and 80th. We chose this home because it had space where we could all gather, but also privacy for each couple. The 3-story house had 4 bedrooms with private baths, as well as living areas and outdoor porches on each level. Top floor patio had enough room for all of us and views of downtown skyline. A lovely floral bouquet greeted us on arrival. The home is modern rather than cozy, but it was perfect for our long weekend.

Nice home close to everything you need

Hreat stay in Nashville!

Traveling with multi generational family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and still make memories with the family. Love that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. View of the Nashville skyline from the 3rd floor patio was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfortable. Close drive to everything, very convenient location. Host was very responsive the one time we needed him. We had 11 people in our party ranging from 4yrs to 59 yrs. Thank you for the memories we made in your home this week!!!

Nice in Nashville

Spacious, clean & comfy rental

I stayed with family and friends for CMA Fest 2023. It was a great landing pad for us at the end of very long days out in the heat/sun. The place was very clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Ample bathrooms for getting ready in the morning. 3 livingrooms + outdoor space meant folks could have quieter chats... Kitchen and even the fridge were well stocked. A great rental space! Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Stay

Stayed here with 3 adult couples. Beautiful house, very modern and roomy. The beds and pillows were fantastically comfortable. So much space for all of us. Owner was super responsive and answered all my questions. Would stay again!

Good location

Great location for a bachelorette party. We were able to walk to some places for lunch and easily get Ubers downtown. Accommodated early check in and late check out for us as well. You can tell it’s just used to rent out, things are in okay condition but worked for what we needed it for. Host was quick to respond, and even mailed back a jacket that we accidentally left behind.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our weekend in Nashville, Chandan was a good host, we had a small problem with the kitchen sink not draining, and once I notified Chandan, he was all over it. he got the plumber there as quickly as he could and resolved it. Easy drive from all the hotspots and a super cool view from the balconies looking toward downtown.

All fixtures had been of premium quality and standards. Minute details has been looked into during the building process to add to the comfort and safety of all residents in this property . There is a large storm shelter in the basement accessible to all during emergency.

This is a modern , new , property with large open spaces , 11 - 15 foot ceilings, all new appliances, simple, still very stylish. High volume space with great views , easy access to Bars, restaurants, downtown events and week end activities.
Large parking area, plenty of bathrooms , each bedroom has its own private bathroom .Each floor has a half/full bath accessible from living area.
Large windows with all dark blinds as and when needed. All hardwood floors.
All floors are simple with Modern Looks , spacious, and a large group can be accommodated without the feeling of being overcrowded.
