Very nice place!!

We had a wonderful time in this house! It was very confortable, near by everything. The beds are a little bit small, and 2 of the rooms have barely andy closeths or drawers. 2 bathrooms have no place to put any travel bags or even tooth brush. No mirrors in most of the rooms. Things like that I think are necessary for these kinds of accomodation.

Fun trip

It was a nice property. Plenty of room but lots of stairs. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy although we did not have any problems just a lot men lurking around the house.

Less than advertised

Home is directly across the street from bad area of town. Bed linens were stained and not well kept. Shelves in closet in master bedroom had not been cleaned in long time. Light bulbs out across the house.

We have stayed at several amazing vrbos in Nashville. This one was great but not amazing. LOTS of steps, little sketchy neighborhood and yer great location, I could have sworn that I saw a picture of a dining room in one of the photos, but I believe the dining room was converted into a bedroom. I totally get it but with us staying at thanksgiving that would have been nice to have. The bathrooms on main level and basement are so small almost unusable. This is a small petty item but more towels and hangers would have been nice to have. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

great location, quiet, clean.

Location was excellent. 5 min to expressway, 5 min drive to tons of restaurants and entertainment venues. Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. Gorgeous and modern townhouse w 2 car garage. Felt very safe staying here. Cons: the sinks in the downstairs master and hall bath are so tiny. Barely able to spit when brushing teeth without knocking your head on the wall or making a mess on the floor. So that was the reason for the 4 star rating. Also the 3 flights of stairs may be difficult for older people or those with leg/knee problems. We didn't have any issues, but it can be a workout, so FYI! The kitchen was well-stocked as we did eat in for several meals. The TV in the living room and downstairs bedroom wouldn't work the first night. Communication was easy with itrip and they came the next day to fix the issues. Check in/out process was very easy. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others!

Overall Good Experience

Our stay at this property was mostly enjoyable; however we did have a couple of issues. There was a problem with the air conditioning, as it was only working properly on the upper (3rd) floor. Luckily, our weekend weather was much cooler than expected due to Hurricane Helene, and although it was still hotter than we found comfortable, it could have been a more significant issue. The communication with the host regarding this was lacking. She indicated that someone would come to fix it the day after we checked in and made our complaint. That never happened and we never heard from her again. Another situation was the lack of counter/sink space in the bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms had none due to the miniature sinks. The bath attached to the room with 3 beds had minimal space--only room for one person at a time. This is a problem when you have 5 women trying to get ready at the same time (and we were supposed to have 7, which really would have been a problem). The beds were cozy, the space was clean and otherwise comfortable. The garage was convenient and appreciated. We can't really speak to the rooftop or the location of the property because it rained almost the entire time we were there, so we were unable to utilize the rooftop and had to Uber everywhere we went. However, the rooftop was one of the main reasons we chose this property! Overall, it was a good experience and we might be willing to stay again if proper air conditioning/more mirrors were a guarantee.

Very nice property. Came with a group of eight adults to explore Nashville and take in a packer game. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was just right for us. Plenty of room, clean, great location, and bonus rooftop area to enjoy the beautiful weather. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Large and Comfortable town house with garage

Well appointed town house with 3 floors of living space plus an amazing roof deck. The 2 car capacity garage was great and included in the price. Please note check out was earlier than normal (10am) and if you’d like to request early check in or late check out, they require at least 48 hours advanced notice which was not clear when booking.

Family trip to Nashville

We enjoyed our visit art this property. We enjoyed a home cooked family style meal, local entertainment and of course the beautiful views on the roof top! We would stay here again!

Won’t do it again

What we all loved about this property was the rooftop. Magical. The condo is also close to everything. I very much appreciated the availability of the property manager when things went awry, always answered our call. The condo was plentifully stocked with paper towels, dish tabs, and toilet paper, which is usually not the case with VRBOs. The downside is that there are several downsides. The property is lacking in cleanliness. Within ten minutes of walking around barefoot and unpacking our luggage, the bottoms of our feet were black. Almost every comforter was stained, one in particular looked to have a deep puke stain. All of the Teflon coated cookware was scratched up and needs replacing. The keurig could use a good cleaning too (moldy reservoir). The neighborhood is pretty sketchy, but there is a police station across the street. Still, we did not feel safe enough to be in the parking lot after dark. There are TONS of stairs (would be hard on the elderly), and HVAC was inefficient. Only two rooms were cool. Hot in all the others. Something happened to us that was both inconvenient and terrifying, but the property manger did answer our phone calls and helped remedy the situation. We were locked in the hot garage with young children for about fifteen minutes because the door code suddenly changed and no longer worked. Not sure what would’ve happened to our family though, if we didn’t have a cell phone on hand!

Family geraway

Property was perfect! Close to downtown Nashville. Property was spacious and clean with an amazing kitchen. We had 9 adults and one toddler so everyone had a bedroom. Loved having a garage to park in also. 1st floor bedroom was a little cold but other than that we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again!

Great house, but sits right next to housing projects. Home needed much larger quantity of body wash. Shower on lower level did not drain. Home is 3.5 baths, not 4 baths. A little tough for those staying on the kitchen/den level with only a half bath.

Wonderful place for a girls trip!

The property has 10 places to sleep that are not a couch which is great. The beds were very comfortable. they have 3 showers. Everything was clean and check-in was very easy. They sent a text with all the info, and it was very easy.

Great property for large groups

Great location and property for our group! We were 7 adults and 1 infant and everyone had their own space. Roomy, pleasant, and functional common areas. Instructions for check-in/ check-out were clear and simple. We would stay here again.

Family get away

Great location, just 10 minutes to the heart of broadway. Love having the twi stall garage. Plenty if room with very comfortable beds. Very clean and well appointed. The roof top deck was amazing! Will definitely be back.

Nice time

Overall our girls family weekend (12 adults) was very nice. We enjoyed the open concept of the home, and loved having coffee on the rooftop each morning. We spent most days and evenings enjoying the Nashville scene, so it was nice that we were just a 10 minute Uber ride away. Although we felt very safe in the home, the immediate surrounding area was a bit disturbing. Each time our ride came to pick us up/drop us off, there was a group of men congregating on the street outside the entrance to the townhomes. Police were there one night. We did not feel safe outside the home. And although the home itself appeared clean (bathrooms/bedrooms/kitchen), we had to keep our socks on in the home as the floors made bare feet very dirty.
