We wanted to like it...
This property looks quaint on the posting. Sadly, it's in need of a deep cleaning and repairs to walls and peeling paint on baseboards. There are no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom so we had to hang our towels over the open door.
We stayed three nights. But we did not sleep a full night in total. Always remember to check the maps location of a property before you book it. This apartment sits on the second floor of a commercial property at the intersection of two highways. Truck, commercial vehicle, and blaring music from all directions, all night long.
After the first night we purchased ear plugs to try and drown out the noise. But it gets worse. The Mexican restaurant that recently opened on the ground floor of the building blares fiesta music and loud voices up the open stairwell to the apartment. The icing on the experience is that this restaurant doesn't even serve margaritas! Go elsewhere. Danville is a larger town a few miles away with nice places to eat, stay and shop.
I wish the host of this property the best. Sadly we cannot leave a positive review.
