Formerly an old milk barn & milk parlor for the City of Harrodsburg, this newly restored unit features old world charm & all the modern amenities a guest could ask for. Featuring a King bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa & Full Bathroom.

The Owner's have spared no expense and you will find charm at every angle. Guests will be able to walk to Beaumont Inn & Downtown Harrodsburg

Guest can walk to Historic Beaumont Inn for dinner or to Downtown Harrodsburg. Beaumont Ave is full of charm and historic homes. Perfect for a late night stroll after touring Central Kentucky!

Harrodsburg, was founded in 1774 by a stalwart band of pioneers led by James Harrod, of Pennsylvania. It was the only “colonial” city and the first permanent English settlement west of the Allegheny mountains. Referred to as the “Birthplace of the West,” Harrodsburg has a proud and remarkable heritage.

Full of history and charm, Harrodsburg is allows guests to step back in time and be surrounded by the beauty of the Bluegrass. Centrally located, guests are able to Live Like A Local and experience the best of Central Kentucky.

Tucked off of Beaumont Ave, this recently renovated Milk Parlor offers guests a unique and modern stay experience. Guests will be dazzled by the eclectic and one of a kind décor.

Easy keyless entry, comfortable large king bed with extra pillows, blankets and bedding; very clean with all the amenities one would need. Loved the vintage touches throughout! The only thing I would recommend is a little more detail in locating the property. It’s hidden back behind other houses and not well marked. Thank goodness it’s red. Loved staying here and will definitely stay again!

We only had to stay one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer! The absolutely cutest property I have ever seen. So much care and thought was put into every peice of this property. If I ever find myself back in the harrodsburg area I will be looking up this listing again

I'd seen in reviews that others had challenges with locating the driveway and using the entry keypad--and we did too. The following would have helped:- Noting that there is a red house number attached to a telephone pole and there is a historical marker next to the driveway.- Noting that after the code is entered, turn the dial left or right to lock/unlock the door.We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, the various treats were appreciated, and it was in a nice section of town, with easy access to get on main roads.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. The only thing that I would change would be to have been told that the property is at the end of a alley/driveway. I had difficulty reaching it and was nervous about driving down to the end of the driveway.

Overall a warm and welcoming place. Appointed nicely. Dont go by instructions on the fridge. Just use ones up in the window in the kitchen. Enjoy, N And N

Wonderful Cottage

This was our second time staying at Beaumont Parlor. The cottage is well maintained and comfortable and the host really goes a step beyond supplying bathroom amenities and kitchen extras. The beds are comfortable and the overall vibe is so cozy. The location is within walking distance of downtown where there are several small shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Vintage charm

This spacious renovated quirky old milk barn was a charming, relaxing little getaway for my husband and I and our 2 yr. old Labrador. I loved the decor (vintage and antique) and it was equipped with everything we needed. Walking distance to the Beaumont Inn and other historic landmarks was very convenient. Very caring owner and management team! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Had a great stay! Electricity went out during a storm so they moved me to another place and even helped me load my stuff and unload. Very nice at both places and they couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you all so much!
