レイクマーティンのデイドビルにある3🛏/ 2🛁可愛らしいキャビン！オーバーンから30分、HWY 34のすぐそばにあるこの家には、素晴らしい景色、ボートドックとスリップ、ボートランプ、ファミリールームの外にあるデッキ、ファイヤーピットのある石のパティオなどがあります。ソファーベッドを含む合計6ベッド（10〜12人用）。家族での休暇や週末の長い休暇に最適です！

Great Lake getaway

Great house, nicely redone and updated. Amazing yard, wonderful docks and boathouse area. Great space with the bedrooms and tons of eating space for a large group as well as an amazing sunrise viewing area from the deck and huge windows. Quiet area, all around great. Only downside was the steepness of the driveway with the thick rocks and the steepness of the boat ramp. It was really difficult to get boats up the driveway. We ended up using the public boat launch at the end of our stay which was a short drive away.

Amazing views!

Clean, well organized- lots of beds, 3 full baths- excellent for pets! Well stocked and best of all- a fabulous view of the lake!

Perfect Holiday

Such a relaxing Christmas holiday with all my grown kids driving into a central location. They all loved the property and requested to book again next year. House was stocked with all essential items needed. Overall stay 10/10

Absolutely beautiful house and location. So quiet and private. Gorgeous sun rises. House nice - fully equipped. Only issues were lack of firewood, empty grill gas tank & contradicting info on WiFi and location of check in info. We arranged a delivery of firewood and took propane for exchange. Property manager said she would reimburse but never did.

Christmas Holiday at the Lake

Our family had a wonderful stay for the Christmas holiday. We enjoyed the fire pit and celebrated outdoors in the sunshine with the lake only steps away.

Peaceful property with lovely water views!

Beautifully renovated and comfortable home on a quiet portion of Lake Martin! Very clean and well organized living spaces made for a welcoming stay. We enjoyed the fact that pets were welcomed too!

A Wonderful house and location for us to enjoy Lake Martin. Being Dog friendly made it special. Spectacular view. Nice Air conditioning and amenities. Highly recommend for family get together.

Beautiful property that Exceeded expectations!

The listing was completely accurate! It’s as beautiful as the pictures show! We only stayed 4 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. This was our family’s summer vacation and this was the perfect place for us. We had an issue during check in but both the property manager and owner acted quickly going above & beyond to make it right so we could enjoy our vacation! We highly recommend this property & Lake Martin. We will definitely be back!

Iron Bowl Lakehouse

Located 30 miles from Auburn campus and an absolutely beautiful view of the lake. Great firepit, newly decorated kitchen and easily sleeps 8. Highly recommend!

Graduation on the Lake

We rented this property for our family to stay to celebrate our Auburn graduate. From my 76 yo mom to the 12 yo nephews, everyone had a great time and there was plenty of room to space out. From fishing on the boat dock to sitting by the fire pit at night, we had a lovely time. We will absolutely come back! The best part was it is doggy friendly and the pups loved the fenced space just for them!

Lake Martin vacation July 2020

The house was well kept and the view was great. Most rentals have worn out mattresses but not this house, they were very nice. This house was set at a great location on the lake. Very nice!

SEPTEMBER TRIP 2021

This was our second time saying on this property and have very much enjoyed each trip. I hope we can work out another third trip for next year. The owners divided one large room into a third bedroom and a forth room with bunkbeds for the kids. On top of that they added a third bathroom. Very nice.

Paradise

This beautiful home on Lake Martin was a delight. The views were incredible with wonderful full moons every night. The kitchen was excellent and was supplied with everything we needed and could have possibly wanted. The beds were very comfortable and we each had our own bathroom which was really nice. The grounds were impeccable and very dog friendly, even though our little dog didn't take up much space. We would definitely recommend to anyone who loves the lake as much as we do. Great Stay!

Beautiful view. Loved all the windows. Enjoyed our stay. Loved the fenced in deck, yard, and dock. Home was very nicely done. Loved all the hooks and baskets to use during our stay. The new washer and dryer were wonderful! Only suggestions would be better pest control, more seating in living room or second couch. A deep cleaning for the super picky guests. Maybe a couple of throw blankets for the living room would be nice. But this home deserves 5 stars in all! We would stay there again!

Great View

The house is awesome as is the lake view. In my opinion it does not adequately sleep 10 people, 8 maximum. Communication with owners is very difficult to non existent. If it sleeps 10 it would be nice to have more than 4 wine glasses. Upside, the house is great and the lake view can’t be beat

Amazing view!

This house was perfect for our getaway! We enjoyed the view. The furnishings were nice and we enjoyed having our dog with us. The fenced in yard was perfect. The driveway is very steep and we had some issues getting our boat up it. That could be because we have a rather large boat. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We left a puzzle behind for other guests. The dock was very nice and even though we didn’t get to use the fire pit, it was a very nice area. My mother and aunt enjoyed their morning walks and the neighbors were very friendly. We would love to stay again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the home was convenient and the boat dock was great. They also had a lily pad in the water that we were able to use. The home had everything we needed as far as space, kitchen conveniences, bathroom towels, etc. The only challenges we had were the driveway and the boat ramp on the property. We were hoping to launch our 23’ bay boat from the property, but the driveway and boat ramp were too steep. The parking area had a lot of river rocks on it which made it difficult to drive on and maneuver with the boat trailer. Having said that, there is a close public boat ramp that was easy quick to drive to where we were able to launch from. Overall, great home.

The best place we have ever stayed!

This house on Lake Martin is absolutely the best VRBO home we have ever stayed in for vacation. My husband and I, along with my elderly mother and other family members stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. From the time we arrived we were in awe of this house. In the past we had a family home on Lake Martin and this home was a perfect substitute. The lake view is incredible and the house has been renovated perfectly. There is a large firepit that we enjoyed on a couple of cold nights and they provide a woodpile for your use! All of the beds were very comfortable according to our family and there is more than enough bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, kitchen cookware, utensils, salt, pepper, sugar, other spices as well as a rack of Keurig coffee pods so that you really don't need to bring much of anything! Even though we had brought some, they even provide doggy poop bags! Our 2 Golden Retrievers enjoyed the fenced in grassy side yard that was open to the side and front deck. the deck was closed off with a sliding gate so they couldn't escape. It was so convenient. The property manager, Summer was immediately accessible by text and the only problem we had was the login to the internet that had changed but she immediately solved the problem. We LOVED this house and highly recommend it and we hope to stay again soon.
