The property was as described. It was lovely an spacious for a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals. Beach was a 5 minute away. Several restaurants within a short walk. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Estava tudo como descrito no anúncio, à exceção do grelhador que não existia, o que deixou a mim e à minha família desagradados. De resto nada apontar. Recumendaria este imóvel a outras pessoas.

Appartement très confortable

Location au top. L’appartement est très spatieux avec deux salle de bain. Idéalement situé, à 5mn à pied des plages. Nous avons apprécié les environs, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Bem localizado e completo

Apartamento bem localizado, próximo da praia. Um pouco difícil de estacionar durante o dia. O apartamento está equipado com tudo o que faz falta, mas precisa de algumas pequenas reparações. Piscina bem mantida e com muitas sombras. O proprietário, sr Óscar respondeu a todas as nossas solicitações.

A casa apresenta inúmeras vantagens para umas férias em família, desde cómodos todos eles espaçosos e muito funcionais, vistas para o mar e piscina, acessos muito próximos e rápido a praias muito boas . Lovely area and apartment was excellent.

our second stay at this apartment and again very spacious and modern. Excellent view of the sea from our balcony and beach close by. Pool area large and well managed so no problems with finding suitable loungers. People either spent the morning there or the afternoon so many times in the middle of the afternoon the pool was empty for a while. Very family orientated and relaxing. however, the nearby bar and restaurant can be noisy at night so bear this in mind. Pity, because I could not fault anything else with this holiday. Porches a lovely part of the Algarve and I would go back there again.

Semana fantástica!

Apartamento que corresponde à descrição: t2 espaçoso, bem equipado, limpo, com acesso e vista (grande varanda) para a piscina (só contornar o edifício), bar/café/restaurante junto ao edifício e "intermarché" a 2 minutos de carro. Relativamente à praia está situado a 2/3 minutos a pé da "cova redonda" e 5+- a pé da "sra da rocha"... Agradeço aos proprietários e à Sra. Paula (fez o check in e o check out) pela semana fantástica em família... iremos regressar de certeza! Recomendo!

Séjour très agreable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement où tout le nécessaire y est présent. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Paula qui est une personne très sympathique. Juste pour information, le couchage du canapé est pour un enfant et non pour un adulte le matelas étant très mince. L'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce avec une très belle vue sur la piscine et la mer.

Our stay in Porches

We had a wonderful holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very bright and spacious and also very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. The swimming pool is huge and very well kept. There are also a few nice restaurants within walking distance. The beaches are a short walk away but quite hilly (onthe way back). The walk to the supermarket is uphill but the bonus was downhill on the way back. We would recommed this apartment and would definately return.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick

Anfängliche Schwierigkeiten mit der Schlüsselübergabe, hat dann aber doch geklappt. Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht! 2 große Balkone mit tollem Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Abends war es etwas lauter durch ein nahe gelegenes Hotel, aber das hat nicht weiter gestört. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder nach Porches fahren.

Tastefully furnished and spacious apartment with excellent pool area and beach walking distance.

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived to a spacious and well equipped apartment. Overlooking a large pool area with bar/restaurant (so can be slightly noisy in the busy period - although this did not spoil our holiday). excellent beaches in walking distance which were never overcrowded but be prepared for slight uphill walk back!! Plenty of restaurants to choose from and Armacao de Pera a few minutes drive away if you want to do some retail therapy. Armacao is lively at night - there was a funfair on the beach when we were there. No real negatives regarding the accommodation, but note the second bathroom is just a shower and toilet but more than adequate and single beds a little on the firm side; but hey you are on holiday!! Excellent service from the owner and he kept in touch by text message to ensure all was ok for us during our stay. Big supermarket in walking distance (about 10 mins) or there is a small local one very near the apartment. Overall a very nice area to visit.

Walkable distance to fun!

Condo with a nice view (from the balcony and from inside - 5 patio doors) located in a small village and where you can access 3 super nice and small beaches, a grocery store and restaurants within less than 10 mins walk. If you want to change the dynamic of your day, you have the options of a 4th beach within 30 mins walk. Also, the outdoor pool on the site was a great option to enjoy the end of the day close to the condo (can see the pool from the balcony). The area is also great if you have kids because of the waterparks, hiking trails and beaches nearby (30-40mins drive). The only negative point was the 3 nights (out of 7) where the bar near the condo had music until 1am which we had to close the doors and stop enjoying the nice breeze coming in. Other than that, I would go back tomorrow. Pierre G. Canada

é muito difícil acomodar 6 pessoas

O pior foram as camas. Há 2 camas individuais com colchões duríssimos e os sofas, para dormir, são muito maus. Uma das wc é minúscula. Os acessos à praia sobretudo a praia da cova redonda é muito difícil. O restaurante colado ao apartamento tem música e barulho todos os dias até por volta das 3 da manhã

Agradecemos o seu comentário pois só assim podemos melhorar. Iremos alterar a capacidade do apartamento de 6 para 4 pessoas. Sofás-cama nunca asseguram o mesmo conforto que uma cama, mais acrescentamos que são apenas aconselhados para crianças, tal como qualquer unidade hoteleira recomenda. Para 6 adultos talvez seja melhor nas próximas férias procurar um apartamento T3. Temos de retificar que o restaurante que dá apoio às piscinas, está localizado num edifício distinto do edifício do apartamento, dentro do condomínio da Quinta das Palmeiras. O acesso à praia da Sra. Da Rocha, a 5 minutos a pé do apartamento, é muito fácil quer a pé (rampa), quer de automóvel com zona de paragem para deficientes, que recomendamos para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção ou mais idosas. A praia da Cova Redonda, também a 5 minutos a pé, classificada como uma das mais bonitas praias em falésia do Algarve, tem o acesso através de escadas mas vale a pena pela sua beleza. Aproveito para pedir desculpa não termos podido satisfazer o seu pedido de devolução da caução a meio da semana, mas como deve compreender o site Homeaway, apenas faz a devolução no final da estadia.

Schönes Apartment

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und geräumig und die Betreuung war prima. Die Angaben auf der Website waren zutreffend. Man hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Pool und auf das Meer. Am Wochenende wurde es manchmal auch etwas lauter als gewünscht. Der Strand war in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und ausgesprochen schön. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Férias cinco estrelas

Queria agradecer ao proprietário desta propriedade pelo cuidado e pelo zelo que tem com o apartamento, assim que entramos verificamos que não é somente uma casa de férias, mas uma casa em que vivem lá os proprietários, que tem o conforto e todos os utensílios necessários para usar no dia a dia. A zona envolvente à piscina é encantadora e bastante aprazível, para quem tem crianças sente-se segurança. Além disso encontrei um ambiente calmo, sossegado e tranquilo tudo aquilo que estava a precisar para ter umas férias relaxadas. Fiquei encantada com as praias da zona, que são lindíssimas, é só atravessar a estrada descer uns quantos degraus e estamos na praia e em poucos quilómetros conseguimos encontrar uma variedade de praias para todos os gostos. Adorei e espero conseguir voltar para o ano. OBRIGADO.
