This is our second stay with Jason. It was a great visit and so convenient for our needs. Appointments to the home are really nice and really clean. We find this house cozy and welcoming. We will be back again soon!

My husband and I always try to book this cute, well appointed bungalow when we come to Atlanta for work or to see family. Jason is so refreshing to work with throughout the booking, check in and check out and responds to texts almost immediately. The location is excellent to shops and dining and food delivery is prompt also. It is clear Jason is both proud and attentive to maintaining this rental home for the best experience for his guests.

Idyllic setting, exceptionally clean and comforts were all thought out for us. Not far from Canton Street. We enjoyed the large back deck and private setting. We travelled with our dog who was in heaven in the fenced back yard. We will be back for another stay if available. Our host was available when any needs or questions arose.

Home away from home during renovation

Great location nearby for us to stay during some reno work at primary residence. Walking distance was a bonus as was close to some of our favorite restaurants.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our time in Roswell at this charming property. Everything was exactly as listed. We walked all over from here...amazing restaurants, coffee, and shopping so close. We would most assuredley stay here again!

Jason’s hospitality was top notch, he was very helpful and communicated extremely well. Nice quite home and beautiful yard. Easy access to many great areas. Short walk to Canton St and all that Roswell offers

Great Location

This cottage is in a great location! Walkable to downtown Roswell (Canton St) and also close to anything else you may need (Publix, Target etc). Jason was an excellent host with great communication as well! Beautiful fenced backyard and deck. The only downside is the neighbors have all their AC units and pool equipment (as well as chickens) facing the house so it can be noisy).

Nice House and Yard

I really liked the house and my dog loved the backyard. Jason, one of the owners, was great at communicating and you could really see the professionalism in how everything was set up. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. They provide essentials to make the stay nice. My only issue was that the house was not as walkable as I thought it was, and there were a lot of notes asking you to be "respectful" which was a turn off for me, since I always try to do that.

Exceeded my expectations. Cozy, spotless, well appointed with excellent use of space. I am very picky with vacation rentals in terms of cleanliness and comfort, the Historic Roswell one bedroom charmer definitely checked all my boxes. Beautiful location with sidewalks for walking our dog. Close to Canton St shopping and restaurants. Jason was very responsive and excellent with communication. I honestly can't think of anything I would recommend for improvement. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great house

Lovely home

This was a lovely home, nicely decorated, and close to restaurants and shops. It was clean and beds were super comfortable. Had all of the amenities you would need. Nice deck and backyard to enjoy.
