2 bedroom apartment fully furnished, consisting of living room with TV, sofas, dining table, chairs, fireplace and sideboard with bar and crockery; bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, television, two chests of drawers and bed linen; office with sofa bed, bookshelf and desk with computer; wc complete with bath, hairdryer and towels; kitchen with all utensils and crockery, plus stove with oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, juicer and toaster. Apart from the iron, it has an oil heater and a fan heater.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay in the Costa da Caparica area. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beaches. The apartment (and internet) is well-suited for comfortable remote work. Isa (the owner) was always available and responsive to my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment is close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops that can connect you to Lisbon. I would recommend this apartment.

Wohnung soweit in Ordnung. Schön groß und ein Gemüsehändler mit tollen Obst gleich unten. Leider war die Straße etwas laut und die Betten nicht sehr gemütlich.

Appartement très agréable bien situé

Appartement idéal pour visiter Lisbonne et ses alentours avec emplacement pour voiture et commerces à proximité. Les propriétaires sont sympa et disponibles. Rien ne manque à part une cafetière. Idéal pour visiter Lisbonne sans avoir les nuisances (bruit parking circulation) vous êtes à proximité de belles plages.Appartement à conseiller.

A large apartment in a quiet residential area

We were met with a very warm welcome by Luiz (husband and wife owner) who even took the trouble to check if the restaurant he had recommended was serving food that evening. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is very conveniently situated with a supermarket about 7-8 minutes walk and the beach about 15-20 minutes walk. The trip by bus and ferry to Lisbon was quick easy and cheap, it was also a fun and novel way to visit the city. This trip gave outstanding views of the city as you approached across the river, it also avoided the city traffic and parking, both of which which can be challenging. Would I stay again ? yes, would I recommend to friends and family ? Yes.

nice holiday appartment

We had a real good week at this comfortable appartment at a portugese neighbourghood. We enjoyed a lot to stay there. The appartement is like as in the descreption announced and very clean and calm. Close to the building there is a cafe and Restaurant. The hostes are very helpful und friendly

Desde o primeiro contacto à despedida a palavra é "impecável". Foi assim toda a estadia desde o primeiro contacto com a Sr. Isa Garcia. O apartamento corresponde perfeitamente à descrição, com boa localização, cafés, restaurantes e supermercados nas redondezas. O apartamento encontra-se impecavelmente estimado e muito bem tratado, com todas as comodidades à disposição. A atenciosidade e disponibilidade da Sr.ª Isa Garcia são notáveis. Muito obrigado. Convenient location near beach and supermarket, very friendly and helpful owner, try the custard cakes at Pasteleria San Antonio a few blocks away. (Only drawback was weak wifi connection.)

super appartement

Superbe appartement pas très loin de la plage, on peut tout faire a pied, les commerces, le centre ville, la plage. La location est bien équipée, d'une propreté sans faille avec une petite attention qui nous attendais dans le frigo sous la forme d'une bouteille de vin blanc. Pour le café il suffit de descendre, on est vraiment immergé dans le pays. Je conseille cet appartement et surtout la ville, si c'est un peu trop "bétonné" pour vous, 2km au nord la superbe "praia da cova do vapar" idéale pour le body board et quelques km plus au sud la "praia da fonte da telha" avec ces quelques bar restaurant qui donne sur de superbes coucher de soleil avec une particularité que sont les pecheurs qui tirent leurs filets le soir.

Excelente Estadia

Apartamento muito bem localizado e com todos os acessórios e utensílios para nos sentirmos em casa. Apesar de poucos dias foi bom para fazer caminhadas, ir à praia ou simplesmente usufruir dos vários cafés, restaurantes, etc. da zona. Certamente iremos regressar. Lovely Flat , Great neighbourhood !

The flat is very nice , clean, comfortable and has all the practical requirements needed to make your stay comfortable. The flat is situatated in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood, with the wonderful Tiago cafe and a great mini supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables delivered daily ,situated right next door. The hosts were very welcoming and had provided a folder with all the information needed to make our stay easier. We would recommend this flat for those who wants to stay at the gorgeous Costa da Caparica! Alex and Ogun

Dias Fantásticos de Sol

Apartamento muito confortável e bem equipado com o necessário. Rodeado de supermercados e cafés/pastelarias, assim como bons restaurantes. Apesar de ficar relativamente perto da praia mais próxima, preferi deslocar-me de carro para conhecer as diferentes praias da Costa da Caparica e seus bares/restaurantes.
