This modern and spacious apartment, decorated with simple and elegant lines to make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point for your visit.
Ideal for families, the property features a large and bright living room, separate from the kitchen. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table, providing the ideal environment to relax and socialize.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, it features an oven, stove hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine to make your daily life easier.
The sleeping area consists of two quiet bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed and direct access to a private balcony where you can get some fresh air. The second bedroom features two single beds.
All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The space is always professionally cleaned.
The apartment is located on the first floor and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Located in the heart of the charming village of Parede, this accommodation offers an authentic experience on the prestigious Cascais Line. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, characterised by a "local" atmosphere where traditional shops, excellent pastry shops, and fresh fish restaurants create a welcoming and familiar energy. It is the ideal retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of strictly tourist areas while staying close to everything.
The great attraction of this area is its connection to the sea and health. Just minutes away, you will find the famous Parede Beach, known for its therapeutic and iodine-rich properties, as well as Avencas Beach, a Marine Protected Area of unique natural beauty. From the coastline, you have direct access to the "Paredão", a stunning promenade that invites long walks along the Atlantic, allowing you to walk all the way to Estoril and Cascais.
The location is absolutely strategic for exploring the region. With the train station within walking distance, mobility is complete: in one direction, you quickly reach the glamour of Cascais Bay and the gardens of the Estoril Casino; in the other, a scenic riverside trip takes you directly to the historic centre of Lisbon. Furthermore, the proximity to highways facilitates access to the mystical town of Sintra (UNESCO Heritage), allowing you to combine beach days with visits to the most beautiful palaces in Europe.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
Parede train station is just 650 meters away.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 53-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
