Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect place for us! We loved sitting on the deck and overlooking the water. It was nice and quiet and close enough to easily get to all of the places we wanted to check out!

Great location and nice view off the balcony of the water and boat slips below. King bed was comfortable, Keurig Coffee maker was great. TV in every room with internet TV and Cable TV.

Perfect location and great value

The condo was just what we needed for an excellent price. The screened in porch is a great space, and we had plenty of room for two adults and a teenager. The owners provided everything we needed in a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom.

Good condo for your lake stay. Everyone was very friendly.

The renting of this condo went very smoothly. A very nice small condo in a very convenient place. Also a great place to stay if you have a loved one in the hospital. Not far away from the local hospital. I would recommend it!!

The perfect location!

We came for a concert at the Ozark Amphitheater and wanted somewhere on the water for a long-weekend away! This condo was PERFECT! Very clean, had everything we ever needed and was perfect distance to the amphitheater and all the local places we wanted to eat at! The communication with the owner was perfect and they were friendly and recommended some awesome places! Looking forward to renting with them again!

Perfect Couple Retreat

The property was the perfect location. Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to from the LOTO Chateau. The condo was small and cozy, absolutely perfect!!! The owner was quick at getting back if i had questions, which were mostly husband error! Definately put this property in my pocket for next time!!!

Right on the Lake...

This condo is exactly as listed. My family enjoyed the amazing lake views! It literally felt like you were on the water. The location of the condo is also great, close to town and easy to get in and out of. We grilled and watched the turtles swim in the lake. It was very relaxing. The owners responded quickly to emails as well.

We didn’t use grill not very clean. Oven not clean and needs new foil on stove top but that’s it.

Loved tv on deck, screen was nice also keep wasps and birds out. Enjoyed the view every morning. Overall very nice!

Good for the price

Great location and quiet. Definitely some issues with how to manage the door and lock situation that were somewhat inconvenient, but the host did respond fairly quickly. It really depends on what you’re looking for how the place will serve your needs. If you’re going to spend a lot of time on the lake or out and about seeing the sites, it’s probably gonna be perfect. Since I was spending a lot of time at the condo between gigs cooking and resting, things that needed attention were more noticeable. It was okay though.

Another BFF Weekend ..

This is a good property to stay at - we've stayed several times, and will return as it's clean, affordable, and convenient. However, the blinds were broken this year, which presented a bit of a hassle, as we had to hang a sheet over the exposed window area in order to see the t.v. w/o a glare and the person sleeping on the sofa for sure had a bit of bright light in the a.m.!

Overall our stay was very good. We had a major problem upon arrival that Chris took care of in a very timely manner. The condo is well set up. We used the balcony a lot and our toddler loved being out there. The only true negative on this nice experience is the three flights of stairs to get there. We got used to it after a couple days. But, I wish it had been listed in the listing as I am disabled and had difficulty with all the steps. All in All for the price and amenities we would certainly stay there again. The pool was nice. The view is mostly of boats and boat parking. You can see a nice view of the lake pretty far away.

Great place to stay

The property owner/manager told us everything we needed to know about the property and was very helpful with any questions we had. Nice location and close to boat rental, restaurants, grocery store. Definitely recommend.

It was great. Great location, hostess we rented from was awesome and the place was exactly what they said it would be. My kids and I had a great time. Will be visiting again for sure.

I agree with Judy. This was the worst experience we have had with a guest. After Judy and her husband could not figure out how to use the keypad for the door, both she and her husband used foul language with me, demanding I fix the lock. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do, as the door was working fine, it was simply user error on their part. After asking them if I could have our police officer neighbor come over and show them how to work the keypad, they both became belligerent with me insinuating I was telling them they were stupid. I have never in my life dealt with individuals who became so angry over something so easily resolved. They left the condo after one day. I’m unsure why their experience was so terrible when they did not want our neighbor helping them and we refunded them their entire stay to be the bigger person. It was definitely an unfortunate situation all around. Thankfully, we have had over 128 people stay in our condo over the years and this was the first person we have had on a situation like this. The guest who checked in after them had no issues.

Nice condo. Great location

No issues to report at all. It is a 4th floor condo but the steps were easy to get to. Parking was plentiful and the condo was clean. Would stay again.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

Everything was as expected. The property looks just like the photos and located in a great area. The host provided detailed instructions & was very helpful. We didn't get to use the grill as a part was missing, but otherwise enjoyed our stay!
